DUPE was started way back in 1996 in Daystar University; with a Vision and Mission. VISION: "Seeking to impact positively the lives of Daystar Community,educational and religious organizations, government and Non-governmental organizations and Society as a whole"

MISSION: Reaching out to the Society with an aim of informing and impacting it with peer education through guidance and counseling practices. SLOGAN: We car, do you?
