The mission of OSAY is to foster morale, friendship, and community engagement through social, cultural, and spouse enrichment activities.

OSAY is a non-profit, social organization open to SOFA-sponsored spouses of active and retired US military officers and DOD civilians (GS-7 and above) residing in the greater Yokosuka area.

The 2025-2026 OSAY year is coming to a close and it’s time to start preparing for the 2026-2027 season of events already!

We are looking for a new board member who wants to make our events a reality! This position helps make sure our events can continue and is supported by the entire board. Learn more or volunteer your time by emailing our team at [email protected]

We need YOU to keep OSAY up and running for the upcoming event year! OSAY is looking for a volunteer to take on our Treasurer position starting this summer. This position is one of three positions that MUST be filled in order for the organization to continue running!

If you’re good with a budget, this position could be for you. No accounting degree is required and training will be provided. Reach out to [email protected] to learn more or offer your expertise!
