6月6日に2025年度のNPO総会を、たまプラーザのPeople Wise Cafeで開催しました。当日は、正会員・賛助会員・ボランティア16名、子ども7名が集まりました。
はじめに代表理事より、2025年度の事業報告と2026年度の事業計画について説明し、その後、質疑応答を行いました。総会の後は、参加者全員で一人ずつ自己紹介。そして今年は、価値観ワークショップを行いました。
「SCCの活動で、自分が大切にしたい価値観」を3つ選び、なぜその価値観を選んだのかを、全員で共有しました。
「SCCにいると、異なる文化を持つ人たちに出会い、視点が広がる」
「同じような環境で子育てをしている仲間に出会えることで、前向きでいられる」
そんな声も聞かれました。
今回、私たちが大切にしたい価値として見えてきたのは、
Community / Respect / Creativity / Learning / Friendship
コミュニティ、尊重、創造性、学び、友情。
同じ組織で活動していても、メンバー一人ひとりの背景や経験、
大切にしていることはさまざまです。
その多様性こそがSCCの良さであり、大きな強みであると改めて感じる時間となりました。
これからも、互いの違いを力に変えながら、安心してつながれる地域づくりを進めていきます。
On June 6th, we held our FY2025 NPO General Meeting at People Wise Cafe in Tamaplaza.
A total of 16 full members, supporting members, and volunteers joined us, along with 7 children.
At the beginning of the meeting, our representative director shared the FY2025 activity report and the FY2026 activity plan, followed by a Q&A session.
After the formal meeting, everyone introduced themselves.This year, we also held a value workshop.
Each participant chose three values they would like to cherish through SCC’s activities and shared why those values were meaningful to them.
Some members shared reflections such as:
“Being part of SCC helps me meet people from different cultural backgrounds and broaden my perspective.”
“Meeting others who are raising children in a similar situation helps me stay positive.”
Through the workshop, the values we hope to cherish as SCC became visible:
Community / Respect / Creativity / Learning / Friendship
Even though we are involved in the same organization, each of us brings different backgrounds, experiences, and values.
This reminded us once again that these differences are what make SCC’s activities meaningful and unique.
We will continue building a community where people can feel connected, supported, and empowered by their differences.
