In the west, this tradition is gnosis.
グノーシスの学びの中心は、古代の伝統と実践を通して魂を再生し解放することです。日本ではこの伝統は禅であり、西洋ではノーシスです。 Gnosis teaches knowledge that saves. That knowledge is esoteric or sacred knowledge. In this school our aim is to use the knowledge wisely through the practice of meditation and other methods to make this inner work practical. To make the work of Gnosis practical is fundamental in order for re
al, substantial transformation. This is through a life lived wisely. In order to attain this inner wisdom we come to Gnostic classes. When we come to Gnostic classes we practice what we learn. What we learn about is the secret teachings of all the esoteric schools, religions, sects etc. that reveal to us sacred science, universal philosophy, royal art and mystical yoga. What the student learns from these teachings can be carried out their whole life if carried out with great faith. We meet every week. The meeting involves a talk and a meditation. The first introductory classes lead to a 33 week course that reveals the teachings of Gnosis given to us by the Venerable Master Samael Aun Weor. Beyond the 33 week course there are further chambers of learning that lead to spiritual enlightenment, a sense of wellbeing and an in-depth knowledge of the mysteries of life and death. A fundamental core teaching of Gnosis is the 3 Factors for the Revolution of the Consciousness: the death of the ego, the birth of the soul, and charitable sacrifice for our fellow man with love. Talks and meditations are in English and Japanese. Everybody is welcome to attend events and classes and while we are a non-profit organisation, we do ask for regular donations to help with the costs of running our centre. クラスでは、この教えを瞑想や内なる意識を探究する方法を実践しながら、理解を習得していくことを目的としています。
ノーシスの基本は、実用的であり実践的である事です。実用性なしでは
真のトランスフォメーションは期待できません。学習と修行の積み重ねが己に真の変化をもたらすのです。
教材内容には、神聖な科学、秘伝、奥伝、世界各国の宗教、普遍的な哲学、王家の芸術やヨーガの奥伝などがあります。
これらから習得した知識を信念を持って実践することによって、人生は大きく変わって行くでしょう。
クラスは週１回。様々な興味深いトークと瞑想が行われます。初回クラスはイントロダクション（説明会のようなもの）。その後、尊師サマエル・アウン・ウィールによって授けられたノーシスの教えの講習が３３週間かけて行われます。
このコース後も、スピリチュアルな悟り、幸福感、生と死の謎についての深い知識を探究するコースがあります。
ノーシスの基本的な核となる教えを簡単に言うと、それは意識革命の3つの要素です。エゴの消滅、魂の誕生、そして生きとし生けるものに対し、愛と慈悲を持って生きること。
クラスは英語と日本語を交えて行われます。私たちは非営利団体ですが、センターの運営費のために少額の寄付をお願いしています。ただし最初の数クラスは無料ですのででどなたでもお気軽にお越しください。
