赤井川村は、鶴居村からは札幌を越えた先にある人口約1200人の村。

This month's collaboration is "White asparagus from Akaigawa-mura, Hokkaido 💡"
Akaigawa is a village with a population of about 1200 located beyond Sapporo from Tsurui.
The asparagus and white asparagus from Akaigawa village are in their best season 🤤
This village is surrounded by mountains on all sides, and the temperature difference between day and night is very severe. That severity is the best spice for vegetables to store "sweetness" 👀

"Green asparagus" that has grown vigorously in the sunlight is a superb dish with a good balance of fragrance and flavor as well as nutritional value.
