「レインボー・ラブ」というのは、東京の国際Lコミュニティーメンバーによって開催されたもので、主なオーガナイザーがChu Babeさんでした。多くの方がご存知の通り、彼女がレズビアンコミュニティーのための２つのレストラン・バーのママさんでした（２００１年〜２０１０年は渋谷のChestnut & Squirrel、そして２０１４年〜２０１６年から新宿３丁目のRainbow Burritos).
「レインボー・ラブ」シリーズでは 様々なタイプのイベントを開催しました：ブランチュ・パーティー、春のお花見、夏の海水浴、音・タントラ・瞑想などのヒーリング系ワークショップ、コミュニティー作りに関するディスカッション、去年の東京レインボープライドウィークにての大きなパーフォマンスイベント、そしてその他盛り沢山。
Rainbow Love Cafeもまた、カフェ＋何か（ディスカッション、ワークショップなど）という風に開催していきたいと考えています。そして、終わった後はもちろん、興味のある方は２丁目へと！これからは皆さんのイベント提案をお待ちしています。そして、何か能力を持っている皆さんはぜひぜひ、何かワークショプを指導してください！
Rainbow Love Cafe: 〜 Across Borders 〜
A community across sexual orientation, gender, races and religions
We are very excited to announce that the Rainbow Love event series, which ran from 2013 to 2016, has been re-launched!
This will be a chance for LGBTQ and genderq***r folks (and allies!) to come together once a month in a cafe-style gathering in Tokyo to meet new people while sharing space and community.
The original event series was organized by several members of Tokyo's international q***r women's community and headed by Chu Babe, our infamous D**e Weekend organizer and the mama san of two popular restaurant/bars serving the Tokyo le***an community and friends (Chestnut & Squirrel in Shibuya from 2001-2010, and Rainbow Burritos in Shinjuku-sanchome from 2014-2016).
Past events have included brunches, spring ohanami and summer trips to the beach, healing-style workshops on sound, ta**ra and meditation led by our own community members, discussions on community organizing, a fabulous performance-style event during last year's Tokyo Rainbow Pride Week, and more!
We will continue to combine these gatherings with various workshops and discussions, along with food and good times... perhaps followed by a night out in the Tokyo Shinjuku 2-chome gayborhood for those who wish. We would love everyone's input on something that you'd like to see included. Maybe you'd even like to lead something yourself!
Our first couple of events are being styled as casual, get-to-know-you functions over some good food and drinks. We look forward to seeing everyone there!!
