Kapisanan-Philippine Help Center is a Community Organisation in Japan that is involved in the support of all Filipino's and Foreign Nationals. For the past 16 years Kapisahan ng mga Migrateng Pilipino sa Japan has been involved with the support to empower the Filipinos who are living in Japan. The Help center previously attached to the Maryknoll in Yotsuya until it ceased its relations June of 201

Fostering assistance to the distressed Filipino's in Japan that has existent Immigration problems, Domestic Violence amongst women, acknowledgement of Stateless Children, acknowledgement of Live Birth of Children with Japanese Fathers and many more. The aim of this organisation is to provide assistance and empowerment for the Filipinos to be able to cope up with the pressures of mounting problems in the Society.
