🌏 Equipped to Serve. Prepared to Respond. Working Together.
Today’s Baptist Humanitarian Action Course continues with a full day of learning, reflection, and collaboration as participants strengthen their capacity to respond effectively and compassionately in times of crisis.
The day began with devotion, followed by important sessions on protecting the people we serve, safety and security, risk management, and biblical accountability in humanitarian response.
Participants are also exploring humanitarian principles and standards, coordination and working with others, humanitarian systems, and Baptist coordination—recognizing that effective disaster response requires not only resources, but strong relationships, shared standards, and a commitment to work together.
At the heart of our conversations is a simple but important calling: to serve people with compassion, dignity, wisdom, and accountability—reflecting the love of Christ through both our words and our actions.
We are grateful for our facilitators, partners, and participants who have come together from across the region to learn from one another and strengthen our collective ability to respond when communities need us most.
