Typhoon No. 6 is currently moving northeastward near Tanegashima.
It is expected to come closest to Gunma Prefecture from the early afternoon through the evening of the 3rd. Atmospheric conditions are expected to become unstable from dawn through the evening of the 3rd, bringing heavy rain. Depending on the typhoon’s path and intensity, conditions may reach warning levels.
Please be on high alert for lightning, gusty winds, landslides, flooding in low-lying areas, and rising river levels.
Please keep an eye on the latest weather forecast.
