ACCJ Leaders Meet with Aichi Governor

On February 10, ACCJ President Eric John, Governor Julian Bashore, and Chubu External Affairs Committee Co-chair Yuji Suzuki held meetings with Aichi Governor Hideaki Ohmura to discuss collaboration in the Aichi region and the upcoming 35th Annual Chubu Walkathon in May.

在日米国商工会議所は、約3,000名の会員を有する日本最大の外資系経済団体で、対日外国直接投資の拡大や、日本経済の強化と効率化のための政策の推進などについて、継続的な政策提言活動を行っています。

在日米国商工会議所のジョン会頭、ベイショア理事、鈴木中部支部渉外広報共同委員長と。

#ボーイング・ジャパン の社長でもあるジョン会頭とお会いするのは、今回で6回目となりました。

ACCJ Leaders Meet with U.S. Consulate Nagoya

On February 10, ACCJ President Eric John, Governor Julian Bashore, and Chubu External Affairs Committee Co-chair Yuji Suzuki held meetings with U.S. Consulate Nagoya Principal Officer Anna Wang to discuss collaboration in the Aichi region, America250 initiatives, and the upcoming 35th Annual Chubu Walkathon in May.

在日米国商工会議所（ACCJ）の新会頭エリック・ジョン氏が当館を訪問されました。

今年1月に会頭に就任されたジョン氏は、ボーイング・ジャパンの社長でもいらっしゃり、航空宇宙産業が盛んな中部地域との深い関係をお持ちです。

ACCJ中部のメンバーの皆様とともに、今後の連携について有意義な意見交換を行いました。アメリカ建国250周年記念イベントや、今年35周年を迎えるチャリティーウォーク「ウォーカソン」など、お互いのイベントでの協力を深めていくことで合意しました。

日米の経済関係のさらなる発展に向けて、引き続き緊密に連携してまいります。

Greatly appreciate the insightful discussion on the future of Aichi! We explored the immense potential for boosting tourism, attracting startups, and the excitement building for the Asian Games next year. Aichi's future is bright!
