I visited Zimbawe for the first time in June of 2004. Together with my friends, we visited some place where I met mny people. I receve a lot of energy and power from the people of Zimbabwe. Then when returned home to Japan, I noticed something strange
occurring within my body. Doctor said I had less than 5 years remaining to live. It made me think that no matter where peole are born or raised, we all have the right to a happy and healthy life.And it made me think that the inequality of our world. I then had a strong desire to live, and to meet the people pf Zimbabwe once more. And I was able to visit Zimbabwe again in 2006. Now, I supporting education for children in Zimbabwe. Society for Zimbabwe tries to hold as many events possible in Japan to spread awareness of endangered lives in Zimbabwe,but our organization is yet very small, and is short of funds.
