Regarding Corporate Structure.
In my Experience, which is one of the reasons why I began Subterfujion Corporation, we deal with implements of RESPECT.
In Jesus' Parable of the Rich Man, Jesus expressed that it would be more difficult for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
As I am, 'Multi-Faith', I am also part Buddhist. Buddhists deal with detachment from material objects and symbolize their detachment through their haircuts. While I have had long-hair from time-to-time, that is besides the point. The detachment that I am referring to here is that we do not become slaves to objects. In what way?
Let us say that in the American Economy, we have Free Enterprise--meaning that anyone can begin a business.
Some Companies are GREAT to work for and make the Tops of the Best Companies to Work For lists. Other companies are simply... bye-bye.
I read a quote in the Cosmopolitan today, "I am my own boss."
I find that to be a completely valid statement for all of us, however, it is through teamwork that we accomplish great things, as no man is an island entire of himself.
When we work together, we elect our Leaders in different ways. When one begins working for a company, there are questions to ask so that we are not going into the company blindly.
I can hardly believe that there are still inconsiderate individuals, "earning", so much money and being given respect simply because they have money, when behind the scenes, they are not kind people and mistreat others at work.
One example is in Construction.
With a GOOD employer in Construction, you will make good money and receive some form of benefits. $150 Dollars per Day is not unreasonable for an experienced professional--in addition, a GREAT Boss will do something like, buy the guys Breakfast and Lunch. With Good Employers, tools, trucks, bags, paper towels, even something simple like gloves or ventilation masks are provided for the job in relation to necessity. The Boss is paying for the labor of the men who are doing the work and the men who are working should not be expected to pay for things that are being disposed of as the jobs are completed. Those are COMPANY Expenses, not Personal Expenses.
In America, many people can secure a Business Loan, simply the fact of having money is not enough however.
A person may have an idea for a business, but let's say I am the Bank. I can give that person a loan with the agreement that they will pay me back, and they might be dependable on their payments to the bank with great respect, yet their success still is reliant upon their employees.
Let's say that today in America we, as Americans, have been the forerunners for Human Rights and have abolished even Slavery! With our Levels of Education, we learn much about History and in my case, I have learned much about Business Management.
Suppose a man that operates a small construction company is mistreating his employees. He may be making TONS of Money through contracts and giving his employees low-wages and by putting some of the expenses on them. For me though, that will not fly. Personally, I would simply walk, for dignity is more valuable to me then a little bit of cash to spend.
If more people begin to value their dignity, and in America, believe me, they most certainly will, then many people will leave that company, maybe even suddenly.
If a Corporate-Level Construction Company values their Name, they will do their utmost best to present the best to both their customers and employees, because an honorable man will also see them both as people. They will provide good wages, benefits, and even have a friendly, emotional response that is supportive to their well-being.
As former-employees of the small company that mistreats their employees leave, they will seek to work for the better company. If all of a sudden, the small construction company will have uncompleted jobs that they are no longer able to fulfill and contracts will have to be nullified.
Of course, the Good Corporation will take on those Contracts and fulfill the work with utmost taste and couthe.
Now you will begin to see Subterfujion's Power.
As I hold my Company Name in High-Regard, the Company Assets that I seek to reclaim are the Human Resources most of all, the High-Quality of Living Conditions, and the Top-Quality Work that we expect for our Dollar.
This form of Corporate Oversight is the reason that many similar companies are becoming successful today. Through Proper Management, we validate our lives, respect Nature, and are able to turn away meaningless tasks regardless of how much an individual is willing to pay.
Honor, Respect, and Dignity is what will make us a Top Level Company to work for--and those effects will waterfall into the High-Quality Work that we want as we do things with Happiness and a Smile, knowing that we are receiving a fair, just, and good lifestyle.
