Something to consider:

While six cents might not seem like a significant amount of money, let us say that there are loose coins that are on gift cards for example.

A Starbucks card is one of those items that is completely reusable and re-loadable. Six cents might just hangout while money flows freely through the card during everyday purchases. Stagnant money however, like six cents, just sits there on the card.

If a hundred million people do not transfer that six cents to a valid purchase, that is a total of six million dollars.

I think that the company does not gain at some point a customer's six cents unless they go out of business and close the accounts. That money however can go back into our ebb-and-flow of free-money.

I am considering beginning a new wireless service (from an already existing service). Although I do not find a wireless service necessary, I am considering why I would need one in actuality.

Two things that I DO want are:

An ACTUAL Digital Camera, like... from SONY.

And...

Well...

The only reason I would want a wireless device is to stream music that I do not already have uploaded to a computer and transferred to an MP3 Player, or is unavailable from traditional methods like Compact Disc due to the real-time nature of the party.

Due to the fact that Facebook does not enable an option to market to specific clientele, I find that advertising will be irrelevant. I am not soliciting anything or selling a service or product. I am not making a profit or gain from investments. If basic supplies, food, clothing, or shelter are not included in a Leader's provisions, then at what Salary is fair for a Leader of a Planetary or Galactic Organization?

Considering that I have paid all expenses out of pocket thus far and have volunteered my Time and Service WITH INTENT for more than a decade, it only seems fair that I am able to live as comfortably as any other Leader.

My PRIMARY ENEMY: Corruption.

Any person can be selected for a responsibility position, however, there are certain opportunities where a Godless person will presume that there is no oversight and will possibly write fictitious receipts of cash payments to persons that do not exist.

Of course, God also created Karma.

As a Spiritual although Corporate-Level Leader, I find it frustrating when I consider what happens when vast amounts of Money fall into the wrong hands. Many persons appear to do their, "job" without questions. One of the primary elements of corruption is that as long as that person is being paid well, they will do what it takes to continue their lifestyle, even at the expense of others and even Mother Nature.

I believe in Immortality and Heaven. I do not believe that I require a physical body incarnate to facilitate operations, however, the fact that I have indeed incarnated in a physical form does have certain requirements to maintain adequate comfort levels.

I do not mind that persons own expensive things or possess rare objects, my concern is that they are acquired honestly.

This is the Time to Invest.

Let's discuss meeting arrangements as I will not solicit funds on the Internet anonymously into an account that is being charged a percentage rate in addition to the anonymity.

I am looking for persons that are seeking a better life for all of God's people and have no problem with the Great Rebuke of the Wicked.

I do not WANT to sign up for a free cellphone. I do not need or use a phone number. I have no friends or family to correspond with over the telephone and paying money to the cellphone company at $100 Dollars per month is an unnecessary expense!

Awesome Day and Wonderful Night!

One of the Challenges that I face in the very real world of management is to be happy in the status quo.

Unfortunately, the only reason that I began this project was that I was aware of how many people are hungry in the world and then realized how much food was being thrown away--and I mean in the dumpster, not like... for pets or compost.

The New World is in fact!... a primitive society.

As two worlds grow side-by-side, there will be a different form of border--a corporate border. While distance may relate to geographic locations, there will be two forms of company. The one that is doing things the right way and the one that is not.

I am done with my work for today and I am striving to go out and enjoy my night tonight! I hope that you have a fantastic night, day, week, month, year, decade, century, millennium, eon, epoch, etc--depending on your relationship with God! Ha ha!

There was a Movie that I saw once that featured a Manager during the Film.

His Management-Style was Unique. Very laid-back, honest, sincere, kind and warmhearted. He was very peaceful, perhaps a bit of a stoner or a hippie, and he played videogames.

In, "The Office", there appears another kind of Manager with a unique management-style of his own. A friendly, kind person with a warm heart, open to talk and emotionally supportive of his employees. His Office was more like a Family.

I was thinking that I would prefer to be something like that. A kind and honest person, laid-back, receptive and peaceful--a person that is emotionally-supportive, listens well, and is really there for his employees.

Even if my management-style is less about shmoozing with business clients or partners, and more about just hanging out at the office, playing videogames, and spending time with his employees, it is a different form of management. That I am emotionally-supportive and actually listen is what will help achieve a successful work environment and happy employees.

Regarding Corporate Structure.

In my Experience, which is one of the reasons why I began Subterfujion Corporation, we deal with implements of RESPECT.

In Jesus' Parable of the Rich Man, Jesus expressed that it would be more difficult for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.

As I am, 'Multi-Faith', I am also part Buddhist. Buddhists deal with detachment from material objects and symbolize their detachment through their haircuts. While I have had long-hair from time-to-time, that is besides the point. The detachment that I am referring to here is that we do not become slaves to objects. In what way?

Let us say that in the American Economy, we have Free Enterprise--meaning that anyone can begin a business.

Some Companies are GREAT to work for and make the Tops of the Best Companies to Work For lists. Other companies are simply... bye-bye.

I read a quote in the Cosmopolitan today, "I am my own boss."

I find that to be a completely valid statement for all of us, however, it is through teamwork that we accomplish great things, as no man is an island entire of himself.

When we work together, we elect our Leaders in different ways. When one begins working for a company, there are questions to ask so that we are not going into the company blindly.

I can hardly believe that there are still inconsiderate individuals, "earning", so much money and being given respect simply because they have money, when behind the scenes, they are not kind people and mistreat others at work.

One example is in Construction.

With a GOOD employer in Construction, you will make good money and receive some form of benefits. $150 Dollars per Day is not unreasonable for an experienced professional--in addition, a GREAT Boss will do something like, buy the guys Breakfast and Lunch. With Good Employers, tools, trucks, bags, paper towels, even something simple like gloves or ventilation masks are provided for the job in relation to necessity. The Boss is paying for the labor of the men who are doing the work and the men who are working should not be expected to pay for things that are being disposed of as the jobs are completed. Those are COMPANY Expenses, not Personal Expenses.

In America, many people can secure a Business Loan, simply the fact of having money is not enough however.

A person may have an idea for a business, but let's say I am the Bank. I can give that person a loan with the agreement that they will pay me back, and they might be dependable on their payments to the bank with great respect, yet their success still is reliant upon their employees.

Let's say that today in America we, as Americans, have been the forerunners for Human Rights and have abolished even Slavery! With our Levels of Education, we learn much about History and in my case, I have learned much about Business Management.

Suppose a man that operates a small construction company is mistreating his employees. He may be making TONS of Money through contracts and giving his employees low-wages and by putting some of the expenses on them. For me though, that will not fly. Personally, I would simply walk, for dignity is more valuable to me then a little bit of cash to spend.

If more people begin to value their dignity, and in America, believe me, they most certainly will, then many people will leave that company, maybe even suddenly.

If a Corporate-Level Construction Company values their Name, they will do their utmost best to present the best to both their customers and employees, because an honorable man will also see them both as people. They will provide good wages, benefits, and even have a friendly, emotional response that is supportive to their well-being.

As former-employees of the small company that mistreats their employees leave, they will seek to work for the better company. If all of a sudden, the small construction company will have uncompleted jobs that they are no longer able to fulfill and contracts will have to be nullified.

Of course, the Good Corporation will take on those Contracts and fulfill the work with utmost taste and couthe.

Now you will begin to see Subterfujion's Power.

As I hold my Company Name in High-Regard, the Company Assets that I seek to reclaim are the Human Resources most of all, the High-Quality of Living Conditions, and the Top-Quality Work that we expect for our Dollar.

This form of Corporate Oversight is the reason that many similar companies are becoming successful today. Through Proper Management, we validate our lives, respect Nature, and are able to turn away meaningless tasks regardless of how much an individual is willing to pay.

Honor, Respect, and Dignity is what will make us a Top Level Company to work for--and those effects will waterfall into the High-Quality Work that we want as we do things with Happiness and a Smile, knowing that we are receiving a fair, just, and good lifestyle.

Subterfujion is a Company that began in 2007.

Originally intended as a Non-Profit Organization, Planetary Factors required Subterfujion International to become a Corporation. Also known as Subterfujion Corporation, Subterfujion's Supreme Goal is to bring God Honor and Glory though the Oversight of other established Companies so that those persons that desire them can still see them through the adjusting of operations.

This example is about Starbucks Coffee Company--a well known Global Corporation.

There are two complaints.

As a former applicant, I find that the new scale of hiring is unsatisfactory. While Starbucks has typically hired women from the beginning, it should be noted that I will seldom place orders with men and that I prefer not to have my drinks made by homosexuals, regardless of what Government Hiring Laws are.

As a CERTIFIED Bartender, the truthful reality of most Bars and Clubs is based on the Desire of the Customers, NOT the Hiring Protocols of Human Resources or even the Manager. If the clientele is typically men, they will go to a bar or club that pays a woman to tend the bar. The same expectations should be manifested at a place like Starbucks.

I know that all persons are worthy of having equal opportunities--the opportunities that are fair, however, are that any person can go to a Starbucks and spend their money on food and beverage. As an AMERICAN Corporation, I would find it offensive if similar to some other Companies, that an Arabic Woman was hired as the Hiring Manager. Here's why:

The Arabic Woman is deserving to read books and be free from oppression, however, due to previous experiences, suddenly all of the new hires become Arabic Women, showing that she has expressed a bias or preference towards hiring.

The SECOND Complaint is:

While Starbucks Coffee Company appears to show desire in expressing diversity, the Music Selector is not selecting Music with an Intelligent Capacity.

The Music comes in streams of Latin, African-American, and then some Whiny-Caucasian. The problem is not that they have selected Music from varying Cultures, the problem is the Lyrics.

Today was the final moment before I returned to my headphones after hearing some African-American Music with a very poor taste in Lyrics.

Examples:

"You are my enemy, why are you doing this to me?"

"There is a lot of cheating in the world."

"You're crazy."

I do not want to hear Lyrics like those while i am at a place that when we began, was a place to hangout and discuss Intelligent Topics.

I do not mind Diversity, actually, I enjoy it. I listen to Music from many different Cultures, however, I reflect on the Lyrics before I decide to give a Song or an Artist the, "Thumb's Up". When persons who are given a responsibility do not perform their duties diligently and intelligently, then that position of responsibility is under neglect. This is not the first time that I have had complaints about the Music playing at a Starbucks. The food and beverages are EXPENSIVE. There are many other places to purchase coffee and food.

Due to the Lyrics of the African-American Music, however, I now wonder what forms of Spanish that the Lyrics contain during the Latin Hour, as I am not fluent in Spanish and I do my best to choose my words carefully.

Internet features created by humans sometimes have titles such as, "Smart Compose".

I think that those features or products are counter-intelligent as they are really, "Suggestive Compose". They inhibit creative thought and are limited in intelligence. Although those features offer similar sentence structures that others have used in the past, I find that those features are an incompatible agreement, as I am not those persons and communication is not automatic, rather Time-based and Emotionally-responsive.

Greetings.

Working with me, you will learn many things, some new things that was not previously known and some things that are now remembered.

In working with Energy, we seek to manifest what we desire. We strive with God Almighty and the Kingdom of the Heavens although having an Earthly, Planetary experience. While working with these energies, we must first clarify our Mind, Heart, Soul, Body, and Energy. Creating a Positive Mind will help us to reflect. We need a Positive Mind to be honest and truthful in Positive Speech. Our Actions as a result shall also be positive.

Once we have clarified our Being and Intentions, we are able to substantiate the beginning stages of Manifesting Positive Energy, Positive Outcomes, and Good Things in our Lives.

Additionally, we must seek to eliminate all negative energy from our Lives, Experiences, and the World around us. Doing so will create for us as a Blank Canvas to freely choose what we seek to manifest and create the results successfully. Keep in mind that we must remain humble before God, although he shares with us Great Power.

I am at my local Starbucks using the Internet at the café. At the table next to me, I overhear the ignorance of hand-me-down errors to the next generation of those seeking to make money. How do I mean?

Americans are SO close to enlightenment, yet it is often bypassed daily. There is so much knowledge available at bookshops and on the Internet. However, because we have allowed the Money to fall into the wrong hands, the people that lack the discernment to select their employment CAREFULLY often fall into the wrong line of work, followed by the mentality of, "just paying a few bills and then moving on", followed by complete complacency and passing on the errors to the next generation. How so?

Western Medical. They discuss diseases openly at our café as we are trying to enjoy the atmosphere, the music, and our food. Many people Thank God and Bless Their Food prior to eating. Meal conversations shall be classy, elegant, and intelligent. We should not be discussing diseases as we chew our food. That is supreme foolishness.

This morning after completing my financial obligations at the Bank, I thought of an acronym.

G.F.HAT.

Good Friends, Honesty, and Trust.

During my Classified Training in the Military, through my experience, I learned that it takes more than a simple Enterprise Operation to attain great things. An efficient and stable operation requires reliability and trust.

Large Corporations gain great advantages over individuals on the basis that they are able to operate at a wholesale level. Even as an individual, there is much to gain from partnering with family and friends. Here, while operating as a corporation, there is more to our organization than a simple application accompanied with experience and credentials. We require an, "All In", mentality. The kind of dependability that is focused on something much higher than a simple retirement. We are looking for those persons that are invested wholeheartedly and are prepared for a Good Life of Longevity. Good Health, Wealth, and Wisdom accompanied with Intelligent Oversight will allow us to achieve these great things while taking care of each other AS Friends and Family.

I find that some companies are causing a burden on society. Whether the company is a small operation or a large corporation does not matter, what matters is how they treat others. I am referring to the application process.

Those companies keep, "Help Wanted", signs on their window and collect applicants as disposable fodder, not valuing the individuals that they have hired and persons that think that they are offering an opportunity to work. Larger corporations that offer positions on the Internet have most likely already received even HUNDREDS of applicants, although they have not removed the listing. Those burdens are preventable through timely and efficient management.

I think that on a Federal Level, we should demand that these companies pay persons for the application process. Even a $5 or $10 payment will alleviate the strain of those persons seeking active employment. While $5 or $10 may not seem like a lot to the Individual, it would be a courtesy and a thank you to that person for applying. It would show appreciation for their Valuable Time. In addition, if a company takes too long to remove an employment offering and has not selected a worthwhile candidate as soon as possible, those inefficiencies will add up very quickly. In a high-population area, at even only $5 Dollars, a hundred applicants becomes $500 and a thousand applicants becomes $5,000. I do agree though that the application payment should be higher, perhaps even $20 Dollars. These changes will create Positive Effects in establishing a reliable workforce QUICKLY, without wasting the People's Time.

Good People are everywhere you go. Adjust the Mind and Heart to see the Good in others and you may be surprised just how good life can get.
