JOMO JET は群馬県で国際交流イベントを実施しているJETプログラム参加者の?

　JOMO JET とは群馬県内のJETプログラム（語学指導等を行う外国青年招致事業）参加者の外国語指導助手（ALT）や国際交流員が、学校や職場での職務以外で、地域との国際交流を行うために、自ら企画した事業を実施している団体です。

　過去には英語のボードゲームナイト、児童養護施設の訪問、クリスマスカード作り、アースデイのためのリサイクル工作教室などを実施しています。

　英語のボードゲームナイト（海外で親しまれているテーブルゲームやカードゲームを実際に紹介し遊ぶイベント）については、引き続き2ヶ月に一回のペースで開催しています。

JOMO JET is an organization run by JET Programme participants in Gunma who work as ALTs (Assistant Language Teachers) or CIRs (

Coordinators of International Relations) that aims to contribute to the internationalization of Gunma, to foster international exchange, and to promote the JET Programme within Gunma through planning local outreach events. In the past, JOMO JET has held events such as English Board Game Nights, foster home facility visits, a movie viewing & discussion event, and a recycled crafts workshop for Earth Day. The English Board Game Nights (an event where English table games or card games are introduced and played) are a recurring event that takes place every two months.

(日本語⬇️) Let's Sing in Vietnamese! A fun event happening on July 3rd (Friday)! 🇻🇳

🎤Why not enjoy Vietnamese folk songs together while interacting with other foreigners and Japanese people?🤝 This is a great opportunity to make new acquaintances and connect with the Vietnamese community in Gunma Prefecture through Vietnamese music!

This event will be conducted in Japanese.🇯🇵 Anyone who can hold a basic conversation in Japanese is welcome to participate!

Event Flow:
Participants will learn Vietnamese folk songs and sing together in Vietnamese at the end.
We have made every effort to ensure that even those who are new to Vietnamese can enjoy participating.
The event will start immediately at 7 PM, so please arrive at the venue 5 minutes beforehand.

近所に住む外国人と日本人が交流しながら、一緒にベトナム民謡を楽しんでみませんか。ベトナムの音楽を通して、新しい出会いや群馬県のベトナム人コミュニティとつながりができる絶好の機会となります！

今回のイベントは日本語で行います。日常会話ができる方でしたら、どなたでもお気軽にご参加いただけます。

イベントの流れ：
参加者の方は、ベトナム語の民謡を学び、最後にはベトナム語で一緒に歌います。
ベトナム語が初めての方でも、楽しみながら参加できる内容となるように心がけています。

(日本語⬇️) It's time for movie fans to go to JOMOvie Day on Saturday, May 16th!

We are excited to announce JOMOvie Day, a special film screening event on Saturday, May 16th at the Takasaki Denkikan. The program will feature a selection of unique and engaging short films centered on storytelling and cultural perspectives from both the United States and Japan. After the screenings, there will be time for participants to share their thoughts and connect with one another. We hope that this afternoon of watching movies will also serve as a meaningful opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences through film and discussion.

JOMOvie Day will have a limited capacity, so be sure to sign up early! Please note that snacks and alcohol are not allowed inside the venue, but drinks can be purchased from the theater’s vending machines. In the event that the screening is cancelled, all participants will be notified by email by 12:00 noon on the day of the event.

5月16日（土）にJOMO JETは高崎電気館にて特別な映画上映イベントを開催します。アメリカと日本のストーリーテリングや文化的視点をテーマにした、個性豊かで魅力的な短編映画を上映します。上映後には、参加者同士で感想を共有し、交流する時間もご用意しています。本イベントでは、単なる映画鑑賞にとどまらず、映画を通じて意見やアイデアを出し合える場を設けたいと考えております。

・本イベントは定員制となっておりますので、お早めにお申し込みください。

Greetings! I hope you guys are doing well!

If you live in Takasaki City and are interested in answering surveys, please read this post!

Naho Maruyama is faculty member from the Department of Regional Policy at Takasaki University of Economics. As a part of her research, she currently conducting a survey targeting foreign residents of Takasaki City. The survey will cover their thoughts on Takasaki City, their experiences and possibilities of showing Takasaki to their families in their home countries, and other related topics.

The survey is also available in six languages, including Japanese and English. They do not require any personal information from those who answer the survey.

They have prepared a thank you gift for all respondents: sweets (for everyone) and Amazon gift cards (by lottery). The deadline for the Amazon gift cards is on May 15th.

(日本語⬇️) It's been awhile! Introducing a new FREE art event with JOMO JET, Sketch Picnic in Maebashi Park! This April 11th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., stroll, sketch, and create art of the beautiful scenery of Rakuhodo Maebashi Park in the sakura season with JOMO JET!

All skill levels are welcome, even absolute beginners! You can bring your own supplies, or JOMO JET can provide you with some simple sketching supplies (a pencil, sketchbook, and an eraser).

Make sure to bring a bento because after sketching, we will eat lunch together, share your wonderful creations, and talk with people from other countries! With over 2 hours of sketching various views of the park, you’re sure to make something wonderful!

どのレベルの方でもご参加いただけます！葛飾北斎顔負けの腕前の方から初心者の方まで大歓迎です。

画材はご持参いただくかJOMO JETがご用意する簡単なスケッチ用具（鉛筆・スケッチブック・消しゴム）をご利用いただけます。

お弁当をぜひご持参ください。スケッチの後は、一緒に昼食をとりながら、作品を見せ合い、海外出身の方々と交流しましょう！

2時間以上かけて公園のさまざまな景色をスケッチするので、きっと素敵な作品が出来上がります！
