The practice of continuous improvement of body, mind, and awakening of our spiritual, intuitive and healing powers through Self-awareness, Meditation, Breathing and Reiki. Reiki Ko supports the worldwide Reiki community (east and west) in sharing experiences, thoughts and to grow the acceptance of Reiki in medical, care as a recognised

complementary therapy. Based, amongst others, on the teachings of Mikao Usui Sensei / Chujiro Hayashi Sensei as transmitted by Chiyoko Yamaguchi Sensei ( eastern) and Hawaiio Takata Sensei (western) styles schools.

A Teru Teru Bōzu (てるてる坊主) — a small doll believed to have magical powers to bring good weather and prevent rain.
