8/8(土)、辻堂海浜公園parkrunを開催します🌴

ウォーキング参加大募集中です！☀️
自分のペースでparkrunを楽しみましょう！

✅️集合時間
コースの説明などを行いますので、初参加の方は7:50頃お集まりください

8:00からparkrunスタートですので、2回目以降の方はその少し前までにお集まりください🌴 スタート前のブリーフィングを行いす。

⚠️parkrunからのお願い⚠️
公園の利用者みんなが安全に公園を利用できるよう、安全なスピードで、転倒や衝突には十分注意して頂きますよう、お願いします。

特に、お子さん連れでご参加の方、ペットを連れてご参加の方、ベビーカーでのご参加の方、園路はとても狭いので、周囲の状況に合わせながらご参加いただくよう、お願い致します。

We’ll hold this week’s parkrun! Please come to the venue before 7:50 if you join for the first time. Looking forward to seeing you everyone 🙌

⚠️ To help ensure that everyone can use the park safely, please keep your speed at a safe level and take extra care to avoid trips, falls, and collisions.

In particular, if you are participating with children, a dog, or a stroller, please be aware that some sections of the park paths are quite narrow. We kindly ask that you pay close attention to your surroundings and adjust your pace and position accordingly to ensure the safety of all park users.

71名のウォーカー、ランナーと14名のボランティアで開催しました🌳

11名の方が初参加！
先週はあいにく中止でしたが、今週は無事開催となりました。

254 parkrun🌳 We had 66 walkers/runners including 3 first timers and 16 volunteers at today’s event.

The park was filled with a festive atmosphere, with Tsuji no Bon yagura towers, lanterns, and food stalls all around! 🏮

Tsuji no Bon will also be held on Sunday, July 20, at Tsujido Seaside Park ☀️
If you’re nearby, don’t miss the chance to experience this wonderful summer festival!
