Gen&Co.の拠点であり、理念の象徴でもある「とものいえ」。

北海道、恵庭にある元農家の民家改修プロジェクト。
民家と納屋、畑のある計609坪のこの場所を活かす方法として私たちは

-住居空間、工房スペースのある活動拠点を築く。
-現代の技術で快適な空間を整えつつ、元々の民家の良さを残し古材や廃材を活用していく。
-住みながら生活のスタイルに合わせて改修をしていく。
-使われていなかった畑を自家菜園として使う。
-ここで生まれる財産を様々な形で多くの人たちと分かち合える場とする。

このプロジェクトによって自分の手で作り上げる贅沢さ、楽しさを人と共有します。
またこのプロジェクトでの経験から北海道を初め、使われなくなった家や土地に命を吹き込みたい人を応援していきます。

The "Tomo-no-ie", a former farm, which is the activity hub

as well as the symbol of Gen & Co.. We are working to make full use of this particular place in total 2010 m2 of a farmland includes a house and a shed as following;

- To set up our activity base consist of a residential space, studio space.
- To renovate the house leaving the good points of the original part and utilize old materials and scraps while fixing the space with modern techniques, and make comfortable.
- To renovate and improve the house correspond to our lifestyle while living in.
- To use the field which has not been used for a long time as a self vegetable garden.
- To make the place where we can share our assets with many people in various form. By this project, we love to share a luxuriousness and pleasure to make up by own hand. In addition, we support people those who wants to breath new life into the house and the place which are not used any more by our experiences from the project.
