🎌 Call Center Communication Specialist (Sinhala Speaker)
📌 Job Description:
Working as part of the Call Center Research Team, you will make calls from Japan to Sri Lanka (in Sinhala), record the details in the system, and prepare reports. Email communication is also required.
📋 Requirements:
• Native Sinhala speaker
• Japanese level: JLPT N2 or above
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
⏰ Working Hours & Days:
• Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
• Days: 3–4 days per week
📍 Work Location:
Iidabashi Station, Tokyo (東京都 飯田橋駅)
