ハンガー・フリー・ワールド（HFW）の活動目的は、飢餓のない世界を創ることです。心も身体も健康に生きていくために必要な食料を自らの手で得られることは、人間のもっとも基本的な権利の一つ。HFWは、この「食料への権利」の実現を目指します。
どの国で暮らしていても「飢餓のある世界」に暮らす一員として、世界の人々と共に行動することを呼びかけ、「共創協働」の理念のもと活動しています。
日本に本部を置き、バングラデシュ、ベナン、ブルキナファソ、ウガンダで活動しています。特定の思想、宗教ならびに政治的意志から独立した特定非営利活動法人（非営利・市民組織）です。
The goal of Hunger Free World (HFW) is to create a world free of hunger. It is one of the most fundamental human rights to be able to access food materials necessary for living both a physically and mentally healthy life. HFW attempts to realise this “Right to Food.”
HFW encourages people from around the world to work together in activities under the banner of “Creating together, Working together”; because regardless of where we are born or live, each one of us belongs to a world where hunger exists. The headquarters of HFW is located in Japan, and we are currently operating in Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, and Uganda. HFW is a Specified Nonprofit Organisation which is independent from any specific ideology, religion and political affiliation.
