セクターを超え、幅広いステークホルダーに社会的インパクト投資を紹介し、携われる基盤を作ることが、日本において社会的インパクト投資を主流化する上で、重要であると考えています。そのために、社会的インパクト投資、ブレンド型金融、サステイナビリティ会計、インパクト測定及び評価をトピックに、ワークショップや講義を通じて我々のミッションや各ステークホルダーが社会的インパクトに関われる手段を広めています。
②研究と開発
様々な調査研究を通じて、市場参加者に対してより付加価値のある情報を、企業に対してより精度の高いサステイナビリティ情報開示の推進をすることで、より効率的で役割が明確なセクター横断型のパートナーシップ機会の創出に尽力しています。

C4 は地域コミュニティ活性化や地方創生に向け、（公的・民間・フィランソロピー等）様々な性質の資本を集約・調
整し革新的な金融構造の設計するために必須である草の根での地域エンゲージメントと革新的な金融構造のノウハウを兼ね備えた数少ない組織の一つです。私たちはその専門性を活かし社会的インパクトを最大化させるべく、企業、地方自治体や社会的事業（営利・非営利問わず）に対して、多岐にわたる社会的投資構造のストラクチャリングやコンサルティングサービスを提供しております。

Our service
①Advocacy
Raising awareness and engaging a wide range of stakeholders across sectors is at the core of our ambition to mainstream impact investing in Japan. We organize a number of workshops and events designed to promote our agenda and share actionable insights about social impact investing, blended finance, sustainability accounting, impact measurement and evaluation.
②Data & Research
Through our data and research programs, we seek to provide better information to all market participants, promote better corporate sustainability disclosure and guide more efficient cross-sector partnership opportunities.
③Advisory
As one of the few impact investing intermediaries combining social finance engineering expertise with grass root community engagement, we help companies, local governments and social sector organizations amplify their impact through a range of impact investment structuring and consulting services.
