筑後きらめキッズ

高校生以上のスタッフで構成されていて、子ども達の【生きる力】（知・徳・体）をバランス良く育むために、様々な体験学習活動を提供している青少年育成事業団体です。

高校1年生以上のスタッフで構成されています。

小学校の先生、保育園や幼稚園の先生、看護師などもスタッフとして在籍しています。

最初は緊張していた初参加の子ども達も、あっという間に笑顔で新しいお友達を作って楽しんでいました。

学校も学年も異なる男女で構成される班だからこそ、いろんな化学反応が起きて、様々な学びの機会が生まれます。

本研修では仲間と協力しないとクリア不可能な課題に挑戦することになるので、コミュニケーションの大切さなどを学びながら成長していくことでしょう。

Even the children participating for the first time, who were nervous at first, were soon smiling, making new friends, and having a great time.

Because the groups are made up of boys and girls from different schools and grades, all sorts of interactions take place, creating a variety of learning opportunities.

During this training, the children will tackle challenges that can only be overcome by cooperating with their peers, so they will grow while learning the importance of communication and other valuable lessons.

【夏2026】会議⑤
「練習は裏切らない」
〈2026年8月8日(土)〉

本研修前の最後の会議は、イニシアティブゲームのファシリテーションの練習を行いました。

残り一週間なので、班の子ども達に質の高い教育が提供できるように、各自が責任感を持って自主練習に励むのみ！

スタッフとしての心構えを注意事項として伝達して、気を引き締め直しました。

Tシャツも納品されて、スタッフとキッズの全員分のタグに名前を書く作業も完了！

ボスが差し入れてくれたお饅頭は、とても美味しかったです😁

今年は何色なのか、本番をお楽しみに★

[Summer camp 2026] 5th Meeting
“Practice Never Fails You”
〈Saturday, August 8, 2026〉

At the final meeting before the training program, we practiced facilitating the Initiative Games.

With only one week left, it’s up to each of us to take responsibility and practice diligently on our own so we can provide high-quality education to the children in our groups!

We went over the key points regarding our mindset as staff members and refocused our attention.

The T-shirts have been delivered, and we’ve finished writing camp names on the tags for all staff and kids!

The manju that BOSS brought in were really delicious.

【夏2026】日帰り下見
「穏やかで気持ちが良い菊池川」
〈2026年8月2日(日)〉

本研修に向けて、現地の日帰り下見を行いました。

熊本県立菊池少年自然の家は、熊本県内の全ての自然の家の中で最も被害を受けていない安全な施設というのは知っていましたが、実際に自分達の目で確認しに行きました。

結果として、施設も活動場所である川も一切被害を受けておらず、安全であることが確認できました。

川に関しても、夏休みということもあって、地震の翌日からも毎日のようにファミリー層で賑わっているそうで、地震の前と変わらない光景が広がっていました。

下見については、草そり体験と川遊び体験を行いました。

ターザンロープで川に跳び込むことができる場所では、童心に還って楽しみました。

帰りはメロンドームに立ち寄って休憩した後、美味しい地鶏を堪能して、温泉で疲れを癒して無事に帰り着きました。

下見の結果、本研修は予定通りに開催することを決定しましたので、本番に向けて細かいところを詰めていきます。

[Summer camp 2026] One-Day Reconnaissance Trip
“The Serene and Pleasant Kikuchi River”
〈Sunday, August 2, 2026〉

In preparation for this training program, we conducted a one-day reconnaissance trip to the site.

I knew that the Kumamoto Prefectural Kikuchi Youth Nature Center was the safest facility—having sustained the least damage—among all the nature centers in Kumamoto Prefecture, but we went to see it for ourselves.

As a result, we were able to confirm that both the facility and the river, where our activities will take place, had sustained absolutely no damage and were safe.

As for the river, perhaps because it was summer vacation, it was reportedly bustling with families almost every day starting the very next day after the earthquake, presenting a scene that was no different from before the earthquake.

During the site visit, we participated in grass sledding and river play activities.

At the spot where you can jump into the river using a Tarzan rope, we had fun and felt like kids again.

On the way back, we stopped at Melon Dome for a break, then enjoyed some delicious local free-range chicken and soothed our fatigue in a hot spring before arriving home safely.

Based on the results of the site visit, we have decided to hold the main training program as scheduled, so we will now work out the final details in preparation for the event.

【夏2026】会議④
「ファシリテーションの練習」
〈2026年8月1日(土)〉

本研修まで残り２回となった会議で、子ども達の前で自信を持って立てるように、ファシリテーションの練習を行いました。

教える（ティーチング）のではなく、子ども達の話し合いを促して、自分達で考えて行動する力を引き出すための声かけ（問い）の仕方というのは、ティーチングよりも難しい技術です。

会議で練習する時間は限られているので、あとは各自が「子ども達に質の高い学びを提供する」という責任感を持って自主練習に励むことが求められます。

[Summer camp 2026] 4th Meeting
“Facilitation Practice”
〈Saturday, August 1, 2026〉

With only two sessions remaining before the main training, we held this meeting to practice facilitation so that each staff could stand confidently in front of the children.

Rather than simply “teaching,” the skill of asking questions to prompt children’s discussions and draw out their ability to think and act independently is a more challenging technique than teaching.

Since the time available for practice during meetings is limited, each staff is expected to engage in independent practice with a sense of responsibility to “provide high-quality learning experiences for the children.”

【夏2026】宿泊下見②日目
「体験学習の効果を身をもって実感」
〈2026年7月5日(日)〉

宿泊下見の２日目は、午前と午後イチにかけて、イニシアティブゲームの体験を行いました。

・アシッドリバー（はるりん）
・パイプライン（にこ）
・TPシャッフル（すおー）

経験者がファシリテーターを務めて、新規スタッフにプロジェクトアドベンチャーの教育の一端を感じてもらいました。

その結果、ただの遊びとは違うことを実感することができたようです。

その後、数多の天気予報を覆して晴れたので、４グループに分かれてフライングディスクゴルフを行いました。

思った以上に真っすぐ飛ばすのが難しくて、明後日の方向に飛んでしまったり、木の上に引っかかったりすることもあったので、子ども達にやらせる時は事前に投げる練習が必要だと感じました。

あっという間の１泊２日でしたが、新旧スタッフがお互いに顔と名前を覚えるだけでなく、絆も深めることができました。

[Summer camp 2026] Overnight Site Visit: Day 2
“Experiencing the Benefits of Experiential Learning Firsthand”
〈Sunday, July 5, 2026〉

On the second day of the overnight site visit, we participated in initiative games from the morning through the early afternoon.

・Key Punch (by Kurakichi)
・Acid River (by Harurin)
・Pipeline (by Niko)
・TP Shuffle (by Suo)

Experienced participants served as facilitators, giving new staff a taste of what Project Adventure training is like.

As a result, it seems they were able to realize that this was more than just a game.

Afterward, the weather defied numerous forecasts and turned out to be sunny, so we split into four groups to play flying disc golf.

It was harder than expected to throw the disc straight; sometimes it flew off in the wrong direction or got stuck in a tree, so we realized that when letting the children play, they’ll need to practice throwing beforehand.

The two-day, one-night trip flew by, but it allowed both new and veteran staff members not only to learn each other’s faces and names but also to deepen their bonds.

【夏2026】宿泊下見①日目
「新旧スタッフの親睦を深める」
〈2026年7月4日(土)〉

１泊２日の宿泊下見を通して、高校生・大学生・社会人の新旧スタッフの親睦を深めました。

１日目は、ニジマスを手づかみして、捌いて内臓を取り出して串を突き刺して、塩を塗りこんで炭火で焼き上げました。

自分達で捕まえて調理した魚の味は、最高に美味しかったです☺

午後は、実行委員長たち数名が豪雨で激流となっている川の様子を見に行ったので、その間、経験者スタッフによる交流レクを行いました。

トップが不在でも現場を任せることができる頼りになるスタッフがいるのがありがたいです✨

夕方から夜にかけても下見と研修を重ねて、入浴後は１日をふりかえって、心の変化について共有しました。

まずはスタッフ同士の絆を深めることで、子ども達の命を預かるに相応しいチームワークを発揮できる土台を作っています。

[Summer camp 2026] Overnight Site Visit: Day 1
“Building Bonds Among New and Returning Staff”
〈Saturday, July 4, 2026〉

Through this two-day, one-night overnight site visit, we strengthened the bonds among our new and returning staff—including high school students, college students, and working professionals.

On the first day, we caught rainbow trout with our bare hands, gutted them, skewered them, rubbed them with salt, and grilled them over charcoal.

The fish we caught and cooked ourselves tasted absolutely delicious!

In the afternoon, several members of the executive committee went to check on the river, which had turned into a raging torrent due to heavy rain. Meanwhile, experienced staff led a team-building activity for the rest of us.

We’re so grateful to have such reliable staff who can handle the site even when the leaders aren’t present.

From the evening into the night, we continued with site inspections and training. After our evening bath, we reflected on the day and shared our thoughts on how our mindsets had changed.

By first strengthening the bonds among the staff, we’re laying the foundation for the kind of teamwork necessary to properly care for the children entrusted to us.

【夏2026】会議③
「事前研修と本研修に向けて」
〈2026年7月18日(土)〉

翌日の事前研修の流れを確認した後は、本研修に向けてファシリテーションの練習を行いました。

「準備８割、本番２割」をモットーに、しっかり練習をすることで、本番で柔軟に対応することができます。

会議での練習時間は限られるので、各自が責任感を持って自主練習をするのみ。

子ども達の成長のために、スタッフも成長していきます。

[Summer camp 2026] 3rd Meeting
“Preparing for the Pre-Training and Main Training”
〈Saturday, July 18, 2026〉

After reviewing the schedule for the pre-training session the following day, we practiced facilitation skills in preparation for the main training.

Guided by the motto “80% preparation, 20% execution,” thorough practice enables us to respond flexibly during the actual training.

Since practice time during meetings is limited, each of us must take responsibility for practicing on our own.

For the sake of the children’s growth, we as staff will continue to grow as well.

【夏2026】会議②
「Zoomで物理的距離を無視」
〈2026年6月13日(土)〉

「夏休みキャンプ2026」に向けての第２回目の会議は、Zoomで開催しました。

遠方に住んでいる人達とも顔合わせができて、短い時間でしたが、顔と名前と声を覚えることができました☺

事業概要等を説明して、オンラインでも楽しめる「イラストかくれんぼ」をやって、この日は早めに会議を終わりました。

キッズの応募状況は、現時点で24名！
6月30日が締切なので、軽く30名は超えていく見込みです★

多くの子ども達と最高の夏を作り上げていきます👍

[Summer camp 2026] 2nd Meeting
“Overcoming Physical Distance with Zoom”
〈Saturday, June 13, 2026〉

We held the second meeting for “Summer Camp 2026” via Zoom.

It was great to meet everyone in person, even those living far away. Although the meeting was brief, we were able to learn everyone’s faces, names, and voices.

I explained the project overview and played a game of “Illustration Hide-and-Seek” that can be enjoyed online, and wrapped up the meeting early that day.

As of now, we have 24 kids signed up!
Since the deadline is June 30, we expect to easily surpass 30 participants.

We’re going to create the best summer ever with all these kids!
