Atsugi Spouses Association Atsugi Spouse Association (ASA) is a non-profit organization local to Naval Air Facility Atsugi. No military affiliation.

The ASA is a non-profit/social organization that is dedicated to serving the community. We give back to the community through fund requests, providing scholarships, social events for our members, and providing volunteer opportunities. This is a private organization which is not a part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and it has no governmental status. Membership is open to ALL

spouses of U.S. Active Duty military personnel from ALL BRANCH of the U.S. armed forces and spouses of retired enlisted military personnel or civilian equivalents assigned or attached in a permanent or temporary duty status on Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan.
