تغادرنا الشابة هبه مصطفى العقاربة، عضو مركز البيئة الأفضل للتدريب والتنمية إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للمشاركة في واحد من أكبر برامج القيادات الشابة على مستوى العالم.
هبه الحاصلة على شهادة البكالوريوس في العلوم الطبية المخبرية من جامعة مؤتة بتقدير جيد جدا وخريجة البرنامج الدولي لإدارة المنظمات غير الربحية NGOs management International Program تُعتبر من الشخصيات الناشطة شبابياً حيث شاركت بالعديد من الأنشطة والمبادرات خلال مسيرتها الجامعية وبعد التخريج، ومن أبرزها مشروع الحكومة الشبابية المنفذ من قبل المعهد السياسي لإعداد القيادات الشبابية حيث كانت عضواً في قطاع الصحة العامة
كما ولديها خبرة عملية مع العديد من المنظمات الدولية في قطاع المتابعة والتقييم المساءلة والتعلم MEAL.
وستشارك هبه ضمن برنامج UJLEP هو برنامج تبادل دولي يهدف إلى تطوير القدرات القيادية لدى الشباب الأردنيين وتعزيز مشاركتهم في المجتمع. يُقدَّم هذا البرنامج من خلال شراكة بين مؤسسات دولية ومحلية، حيث يوفر الفرصة للمشاركين للتدريب العملي، وتطوير المهارات القيادية، والمشاركة في الأنشطة المجتمعية. يعمل البرنامج على ثمانية مجالات رئيسية هي: التنمية المجتمعية، التعليم، الريادة الاجتماعية، التمكين الاقتصادي، الصحة العامة، حقوق الإنسان، البيئة والتغير المناخي، والتكنولوجيا والابتكار.
المشاركون في البرنامج يشاركون في تبادل ثقافي مع الولايات المتحدة، حيث يسافرون للتعرف على أفضل الممارسات في المجالات التي يعملون بها، مما يعزز من قدراتهم ويطور من أفكارهم للمشاريع والمبادرات التي يمكنهم تنفيذها في الأردن عند عودتهم. الهدف الرئيسي هو إعداد قادة شباب قادرين على تقديم حلول مبتكرة للمشكلات المجتمعية، وتشجيعهم على أن يكونوا جزءًا فاعلًا في تنمية مجتمعاتهم<

Hiba Mustafa Al-Aqarbeh, a member of the Better Environment Center for Training and Development- BEC, is leaving for the United States to participate in one of the world's largest young leadership programs.
Hiba, who holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Mutah University with a very good grade and is a graduate of the NGOs Management International Program, is considered an active youth figure. She has participated in numerous activities and initiatives throughout her university journey and after graduation, including the Youth Government Project implemented by the Political Institute for Youth Leadership Preparation, where she was a member of the public health sector. She also has practical experience with several international organizations in the field of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).
Hiba will participate in the UJLEP program, an international exchange program aimed at developing leadership skills among Jordanian youth and enhancing their engagement in the community. This program is offered through a partnership between international and local institutions, providing participants with the opportunity for hands-on training, leadership skills development, and participation in community activities. The program focuses on eight key areas: community development, education, social entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, public health, human rights, environment and climate change, and technology and innovation.
Participants in the program engage in cultural exchange with the United States, traveling to learn about best practices in their respective fields. This experience enriches their capabilities and helps them develop ideas for projects and initiatives that they can implement in Jordan upon their return. The main goal is to prepare young leaders capable of offering innovative solutions to societal challenges and encouraging them to become active contributors to the development of their communities.
