شركاء في بناء بيئات عمل صديقة للمرأة 💜
نعتز بمشاركة جمعية مرسال الخيرية ضمن رحلة مشروع “العلامة صديقة للمرأة”، وبمساهمتها في تعزيز بيئة عمل أكثر دعمًا وإنصافًا للنساء، وترسيخ ممارسات مؤسسية تسهم في تعزيز مشاركتهن وتمكينهن في سوق العمل.
إن الوصول إلى بيئات عمل صديقة للمرأة يبدأ من المؤسسات التي تؤمن بأن تمكين النساء وتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة وداعمة وعادلة هو جزء أساسي من بناء مؤسسات أكثر استدامة وفاعلية.
كل الشكر والتقدير لجمعية مرسال الخيرية لكونها جزءًا من هذه الرحلة، ولمساهمتها في دعم الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز حقوق المرأة في أماكن العمل.
يأتي ذلك ضمن مشروع “العلامة صديقة للمرأة: تعزيز وحماية حقوق المرأة في أماكن العمل”، الذي نفذه مركز الحياة – راصد بالتعاون مع أكشن إيد – المنطقة العربية، وبدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي في الأردن

We are proud to recognize Mersal Charitable Association as part of the journey of the Women-Friendly Label Project, and to acknowledge its contribution to fostering a more supportive, equitable, and inclusive workplace for women.
Creating women-friendly workplaces starts with organizations that believe in women’s empowerment and recognize that safe, supportive, and fair working environments are essential for stronger and more sustainable institutions.

This comes as part of the “Women-Friendly Label: Enhancing and Protecting Women’s Rights in the Workplace” project, implemented by Al-Hayat Center – RASED in partnership with ActionAid Arab Region, with the support and funding of the European Union in Jordan.
