تمديد العمل بالاستراتيجية الوطنية للحركة التعاونية للعامين (2026-2027)
وافق مجلس إدارة المؤسسة التعاونية الأردنية على تمديد العمل بالاستراتيجية الوطنية للحركة التعاونية الأردنية للعامين (2026- 2027)، لاستكمال متطلبات تأسيس صندوق التنمية التعاوني ومعهد التنمية التعاوني، وتعديل الأنظمة التعاونية وفقاً لمؤشرات الإنجاز خلال الأعوام (2021- 2025).
وجاءت موافقة المجلس هذه في جلسته الأخيرة الشهر الماضي، وفي ضوء إقرار قانون التعاونيات رقم (13) لسنة 2025.
وبموجب ذلك، ستعمل المؤسسة التعاونية على مواصلة إعداد نظامي التعاونيات والاتحادات التعاونية بما يتوافق مع القانون الجديد، وفي ظل الإنتهاء من نظامي صندوق ومعهد التنمية التعاوني، وإعداد نظام التنظيم الإداري لإعادة هيكلة المؤسسة التعاونية وفقاً لمقتضيات خطة تحديث القطاع العام.
وتعكف المؤسسة حالياً استكمالا ً للخطة التنفيذية المنبثقة عن الاستراتيجية على أتمتة خدماتها بالتعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية(ILO) بصفتها الجهة الداعمة لمشروع التحول الرقمي، فضلاً عن تطوير نماذج لوائح الأنظمة الداخلية للتعاونيات بما يتوافق قانون التعاونيات والأنظمة الجديدة.
وحسب مؤشرات الإنجاز، ستقوم المؤسسة بتعزيز شراكاتها مع المنظمات والهيئات الدولية، والجهات الرسمية والأهلية، إضافة إلى زيادة عدد التعاونيات غير التقليدية (الطاقة المتجددة/ البيئية/ الزراعة الذكية) بالتعاون مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين، إلى جانب زيادة مشاركة الشباب والنساء في العمل التعاوني، ونشر الفكر التعاوني عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وببن طلبة المدارس والجامعات في ظل سعي المؤسسة التعاونية لابرام المزيد من الاتفاقيات ومذكرات التعاون مع الجامعات.
وعلى صعيد تعزيز القدرات، يجري العمل على استكمال رفد صندوق ومعهد التنمية التعاوني بالكوادر والخبرات العملية المؤهلة، فضلاً عن أنه سيتم هذا العام البدء بالشراكة مع منظمة العمل الدولية بإعداد وتجهيز (15-20) مدرباً من موظفي المؤسسة ليقوموا بتدريب التعاونيات على مناهج تعاونية معتمدة دولياً إلى جانب من تم تدريبهم من موظفين في السنوات السابقة على هذه المناهج.
Extension of the National Strategy for the Cooperative Movement for the years (2026-2027)
The Board of Directors of the Jordan Cooperative Corporation approved the extension of the work on the National Strategy for the Jordanian Cooperative Movement for the years (2026-2027), to complete the requirements for establishing the Cooperative Development Fund and the Cooperative Development Institute, and to amend the cooperative regulations in accordance with the achievement indicators during the years (2021-2025).
The council’s approval came in its last session last month, and in light of the adoption of Cooperatives Law No. (13) of 2025.
Accordingly, the Cooperative Corporation will continue to prepare the systems for cooperatives and cooperative unions in accordance with the new law, and in light of the completion of the systems for the Cooperative Development Fund and Institute, and the preparation of the administrative organization system to restructure the Cooperative Corporation in accordance with the requirements of the public sector modernization plan.
The cooperative corporation is currently working, in order to complete the executive plan stemming from the strategy, to automate its services in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO) as the entity supporting the digital transformation project, as well as developing models of internal regulations for cooperatives in accordance with the Cooperatives Law and the new regulations.
According to the performance indicators, the cooperative corporation will strengthen its partnerships with international organizations and bodies, official and civil entities, in addition to increasing the number of non-traditional cooperatives (renewable energy/environmental/smart agriculture) in cooperation with local and international partners, along with increasing the participation of youth and women in cooperative work, and spreading cooperative thought through social media platforms and among school and university students, in light of the Cooperative Foundation’s endeavor to conclude more agreements and memoranda of cooperation with universities.
In terms of capacity building, work is underway to complete the provision of qualified personnel and practical experience to the Cooperative Development Fund and Institute. In addition, this year a partnership with the International Labour Organization will begin to prepare and equip (15-20) trainers from the jordan cooperative corporation staff to train cooperatives on internationally accredited cooperative curricula, in addition to those staff members who were trained in previous years on these curricula.
