The institution focuses on institutional capacity-building for individuals and institutions through training programs, conferences, workshops, as well as creation of partnerships with other institutions locally and regionally providing a platform for the exchange of experiences with a view to increasing knowledge and capacities that are enjoyed by the leaders of local communities by strengthening independent thinking, social tolerance, conflict management, rule of law, free dialogue, and leadership
الرؤية:
تعزيز مفاهيم التنمية والارتقاء وأهمية العمل التطوعي بين أفراد المجتمع, ليساهموا في بناء النهضة, وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في مجتمعاتهم.
الأهداف:
1. زيادة مشاركة الشباب ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني في المجتمع, وكذلك في عمليات صنع القرار.
2. انتهاج التدريب لتنمية التعليم وتحقيق الاهداف.
3. تطوير آليات ومنهجيات تنموية قائمة على الابتكار والابداع في معالجة القضايا الاجتماعية .
4. تعزيز ثقافة الحقوق والواجبات والمسؤوليات, ورفع درجة الوعي لدى الافراد والمنظمات حول واجباتهم وحقوقهم ومسؤولياتهم.
5. تعزيز التنمية في المجال الاقتصادي, من خلال مبادرات لدعم فرص العمل.
6. احتضان المواهب والطاقات وتشجيع الافكار الإبداعية ودعم اصحابها ومساعدتهم في تحويلها الى مشاريع بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية.
