في كل يوم هناك من يُجبر على الرحيل، من يُستغل ضعفُه، ومن تُسرق كرامته باسم الحاجة أو الخوف أو الطمع. في اليوم العالمي لمكافحة الإتجار بالبشر، نستحضر وجوه الضحايا، ونُصغي لصمتهم الذي يصرخ طلبًا للحماية والعدالة.
مركز أرض السلام للتنمية وحقوق الإنسان يقف إلى جانب كل من حُرم من حريته، ويواصل عمله لتوعية المجتمعات، وتمكين الأفراد، وتوفير المساحات الآمنة للناجين والناجيات من هذه الجريمة.
نحن نؤمن أن الحماية تبدأ حين نرى الإنسان أولًا، حين نستمع لحكايته، ونمد له يدًا لا تُدين، بل تحتضن وترافق.
أوضح د. عماد الزغول، مدير المركز: "في عالم تتعدد فيه أشكال الاستغلال، يبقى واجبنا الأخلاقي والإنساني أن نكون صوتًا للضحايا، وجدارًا يحمي الضعفاء. الإتجار بالبشر ليس مجرد قضية قانونية، بل جرح إنساني عميق يتطلب شجاعة في المواجهة، وصدقًا في التضامن."

Every day, someone is forced to leave. Someone is exploited for their weakness. Someone loses their dignity to fear, greed, or despair. On the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, we remember the faces of the victims, and we listen to the silence that cries out for safety and justice.
The Land of Peace Center for Development and Human Rights stands with all those stripped of their freedom. We continue our mission to raise awareness, empower communities, and provide safe spaces for survivors of trafficking.
We believe that protection begins when we see the human first — when we hear their stories, and extend not judgment, but empathy and support.
Dr. Emad Al-Zaghloul, Director of the Center, said: “In a world full of exploitation, our moral and human duty is to be the voice of the voiceless, and the shelter for the vulnerable. Human trafficking is not just a legal issue; it is a deep wound in humanity that calls for courage, compassion, and true solidarity.”
