Are you an English speaker looking to learn Spanish, teach English, and connect with others?
We would like to invite you to take part in Let's Chat 2026, a free online program that brings together refugees living in different parts of the world and university students in Spain through English conversation carried out by the Spanish Committee of the UNHCR.
Let's Chat creates a space for intercultural dialogue and language exchange in a dynamic and welcoming environment. It is not just about practicing English, it is also an opportunity to connect with new people, share experiences, and be part of a community that challenges common narratives about refugees.
The Spanish Committee of UNHCR will select between 50 and 60 refugees living around the world, alongside 50 to 60 students from eight Spanish public universities. The program will also draw on the expertise and experience of NaTakallam, a social enterprise that works with refugees and people affected by conflict as facilitators, language teachers, and translators.
