LWF Jordan, in partnership with International Medical Corps Jordan (IMC), conducted an awareness session on stress and anxiety management, targeting members of the local community to strengthen awareness of psychosocial support approaches and healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with daily pressures and emotional challenges.

The session focused on enhancing participants’ coping capacities, emotional well-being, and community support mechanisms to foster a sense of safety, resilience, and psychosocial well-being, particularly among vulnerable groups exposed to psychosocial stressors.

This activity reflects LWF Jordan’s ongoing commitment in Za’atari Camp to strengthening protection and social cohesion through community-based and people-centered approaches.


نظّم الاتحاد اللوثري ، بالشراكة مع الهيئة الطبية الدولية، جلسة توعوية حول إدارة التوتر والقلق، استهدفت أفرادًا من المجتمع المحلي بهدف تعزيز الوعي بأساليب الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والتعامل مع الضغوط اليومية بطرق صحية وآمنة.

ركّزت الجلسة على تعزيز القدرة على التكيّف، وإدارة المشاعر، وتطوير آليات الدعم المجتمعي التي تسهم في تعزيز الرفاه النفسي والشعور بالأمان، خاصة لدى الفئات الأكثر عرضة للتحديات النفسية والاجتماعية.

يأتي هذا النشاط ضمن نهج الاتحاد اللوثري في مخيم الزعتري القائم على تعزيز الحماية والتماسك المجتمعي.

LWF Jordan participated in the first Czech Charity Bazaar in Amman, which brought together humanitarian and community-based organizations in a shared space promoting solidarity and collective community engagement.
At the Czech Ambassador's residence, participating projects showcased their work and products to support local initiatives and strengthen community partnerships.
LWF Jordan participated through showcasing products from “Naqshah” Ceramics and Pottery Workshop, alongside the participation of its local partners, including Al-Hadab Association, Jadilah Association, and Dahnoonat Al-Shamal Tourism Association, within an initiative that brought communities and organizations together around shared values of collaboration and sustainable positive impact.

شارك الاتحاد اللوثري في البازار الخيري التشيكي الأول في عمّان، والذي جمع منظمات إنسانية ومجتمعية ضمن مساحة مشتركة تعزز قيم التضامن والعمل المجتمعي المشترك.
وفي أجواء مفعمة بالحيوية وروح المبادرة داخل منزل السفيرة التشيكية، استعرضت المشاريع المشاركة أعمالها ومنتجاتها كمساحة لدعم المبادرات المحلية وتعزيز الشراكات المجتمعية.
وشارك الاتحاد اللوثري من خلال مشاريعه بعرض منتجات “نقشة” للخزف والسيراميك، إلى جانب مشاركة شركائه المحليين، ومنهم جمعية الهدب وجمعية جديلة وجمعية دحنونة الشمال السياحية، ضمن مبادرة جمعت المجتمعات والمؤسسات حول قيم التعاون والأثر الإيجابي المستدام.

Through her participation in livelihood training programs implemented by the LWF Jordan, Alaa Al-Amiri from Irbid was able to transform knowledge into tangible impact.
By engaging in vegetable drying training, Alaa refined her skills and expanded her expertise, enabling her to build a sustainable career path.

Alaa says:
"When I started applying what I learned with my own hands, I realized that real knowledge only comes to life through action. Today, I can confidently share my experience and pass it on to others."

Alaa later worked as a trainer at a vocational training institute, where she transferred her knowledge to dozens of young women and men, equipping them with practical skills in food processing, marketing, and product development.

من خلال مشاركتها في تدريبات برامج سبل العيش التي ينفذها الاتحاد اللوثري، استطاعت آلاء العامري من إربد تحويل المعرفة إلى أثر عملي ملموس.
عبر تدريب تجفيف الخضار، صقلت آلاء مهاراتها ووسّعت خبرتها، مما ساعدها على بناء مسار مهني مستدام.

تقول آلاء:
"لما بدأت أطبق وأجرب بإيدي، اكتشفت إن المعرفة الحقيقية بتصير لما تتحول لعمل. اليوم بقدر أشارك خبرتي وأنقلها لغيري بثقة."

عملت آلاء لاحقًا كمدربة في معهد التدريب المهني، حيث نقلت خبراتها إلى عشرات الشباب والشابات، وساهمت في تزويدهم بمهارات عملية في التصنيع الغذائي، التسويق، وتطوير المنتجات.
