تم تأسيس رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية بالتعاون مع منظمة الشفافية الدولية من قبل مجموعة من الناشطين والخبراء ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني المعنية بالعمل العام، و"رشيد" هي الفرع الوطني الوحيد لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية في الأردن.
حيث تم تسجيلها رسمياً في عمان– الأردن 2013 كمنظمة غير هادفة للربح تسعى إلى الإرتقاء بمستوى النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد في القطاعين العام والخاص وتعزيز وعي الأفراد من شتى القطاعات بأهمية الشفاف

ية والمساءلة والإبلاغ عن الفساد.
إضافة إلى المساهمة في تعزيز الأطر القانونية والتنفيذية لمنظومة النزاهة الوطنية، وذلك من خلال التواصل والتعاون وتبادل الخبرات مع المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية والعمل على توسيع دائرة إتاحية البيانات والمعلومات للمواطن عطفاً على المساهمة في توفير التمكين وبرامج بناء القدرات الملائمة.

اختتمت "رشيد" اليوم ورشة تدريبية في الصحافة الاستقصائية حول مكافحة الفساد واسترداد الأموال بحضور هيئة النزاهة و مكافحة الفساد ممثلة بالدكتور بكر البقور من مديرية التحقيق، حيث قام بمشاركة الصحفيين والصحفييات بآليات التحقيق في القضايا المعنية، وكيف يمكن أن يكون للهيئة دور داعم للصحفيين/ات في عملهم الاستقصائي وعن الطرق الممكنة لتقديم الشكاوى وآلياتها.
حيث هدفت الورشة والتي استمرت على مدار ثلاثة أيام (27-29 نيسان 2026) الى: توضيح المفاهيم القانونية والدولية للتدفقات المالية غير المشروعة، والملاذات الضريبية ومؤشرات غسل الأموال و تمييز أشكال الفساد و ابراز اليات الابلاغ عن الفساد و حماية المبلغين والضوبط الأخلاقية للصحفييين/ات الاستقصائيين/ات و كيفية اعداد و تنفيذ خطة استقصائية مهنية.
نفذت هذه الورشة من قبل رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية — الأردن)، ضمن مشروع "الشفافية الآن - تعزيز جهود مكافحة الفساد في الجوار الجنوبي للاتحاد الاوروبي "، و الممول من قبل مفوضية الأتحاد الأوروبي وبالشراكة مع منظمة الشفافية الدولية و المعهد الدولي للأبحاث الاقليمية في مجال الجريمة و العدالة التابع للأمم المتحدة UNICRI
الشكر وتقدير للمشاركين/ات والشركاء على جهودهم في تعزيز القدرات الاستقصائية والمساءلة العامة.

"Rasheed" completed an investigative journalism training workshop today, with a focus on combating corruption and recovering assets. Representatives from the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission attended the training, including Dr. Bakr Al-Baqour from the Investigation Directorate. Dr. Al-Baqour presented to the journalists the processes for investigating related cases, how the Commission can support journalists in their investigative work, and the available methods and procedures for filing complaints.

The three-day workshop (April 27-29, 2026) was designed to clarify the legal and international concepts of illicit financial flows, tax havens, and money laundering indicators; distinguish between different types of corruption; highlight mechanisms for reporting corruption and protecting whistleblowers; outline ethical guidelines for investigative journalists; and demonstrate how to prepare and implement a professional investigative plan.

The workshop was implemented by Rasheed for Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International - Jordan) under the "Transparency Now - Strengthening Anti-Corruption Efforts in the Southern Neighborhood of the European Union" project, which is funded by the European Commission and implemented in collaboration with Transparency International and the United Nations International Crime (UNICRI).

أطلقت رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية - الأردن)، اليوم الأول من التدريب على الصحافة الاستقصائية في مكافحة الفساد واسترداد الأموال.
يهدف التدريب الذي يشارك به صحفين وصحفيات، إلى توضيح المفاهيم القانونية والدولية للتدفقات المالية غير المشروعة، والملاذات الضريبية ومؤشرات غسيل الأموال و تمييز أشكال الفساد و ابراز اليات الابلاغ عن الفساد و حماية المبلغين والضوبط الأخلاقية للصحفييين/ات الاستقصائيين/ات و كيفية اعداد و تنفيذ خطة استقصائية مهنية.

Rasheed for Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International - Jordan) launched the first day of its investigative journalism training program, which focuses on combating corruption and asset recovery.

The training for journalists seeks to clarify legal and international principles connected to illegal financial flows, tax havens, money laundering signs, and various forms of corruption. It also discusses ways to disclose corruption, whistleblower protection, ethical requirements for investigative journalists, and how to produce and implement a professional investigative strategy.

The training is part of the European Commission-funded "Transparency Now - Strengthening Anti-Corruption Efforts in the Southern Neighborhood of the European Union" project, which is being carried out in collaboration with Transparency International and the United Nations International Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI).

مشروع "يدًا بيد مع المرأة" – نادي إبداع الكرك
بالشراكة مع نادي ابداع الكرك و بتمويل من "رشيد" ضمن مشروع "نزاهة: دعم الاتحاد الأوروبي للمساءلة المجتمعية وتمكين المجتمع المدني من تحقيق الحوكمة الرشيدة" بدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي والوكالة الإسبانية للتعاون الإنمائي الدولي؛ تم انتاج سلسلة بودكاست مكوّنة من 6 حلقات تناقش النزاهة والعدالة والمساءلة في قضايا المرأة في الكرك من زوايا اجتماعية، اقتصادية، نفسية، وقانونية، منسجمة مع خطة تمكين المرأة في بلدية الكرك الكبرى والتي أطلقتها البلدية في 30 تشرين الثاني 2024.

“Hand in Hand with Women” Project – Karak Creative Club
In collaboration with the Karak Creativity Club, Funded by "Rasheed" as part of "Nazaha: EU Support for Community Accountability and Civil Society Empowerment for Good Governance" project, supported by the European Union and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation. A six-episode podcast series was produced discussing integrity, justice, and accountability in women’s issues in Karak from social, economic, psychological, and legal perspectives, aligned with the Greater Karak Municipality’s Women Empowerment Plan launched by the municipality on November 30, 2024.

نفّذت جمعية خطوتنا بالتعاون مع بلدية الرصيفة مشروع
«دعم المشاركة الفاعلة للنساء ذوات الإعاقة النفسية في الحوكمة» في منطقة الرصيفة – محافظة الزرقاء.
يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز مشاركة النساء ذوات الإعاقة النفسية وأسرهن في صنع القرار المحلي، وبناء قدراتهن للمطالبة بحقوقهن، وعكسها على الخطط الاستراتيجية و الموازنات المراعية للنوع الاجتماعي في بلدية الرصيفة بالتوازي مع تدريب كوادر البلدية على مفاهيم الحوكمة الرشيدة وحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
وشملت أنشطة المشروع:
▪️ تدريبات متخصصة للنساء ذوات الإعاقة النفسية وأفراد أسرهن على حقوق الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة و الاشراك المجتمعي
▪️ ورش عمل لكوادر بلدية الرصيفة حول حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والإشراك المجتمعي

✨ Empowering Women with Psychosocial Disabilities and Their Families… A Step Toward Inclusive and Equitable Governance ✨
funded by "Rasheed" as part of "Nazaha: EU Support for Community Accountability and Civil Society Empowerment for Good Governance" project, supported by the European Union and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation., Khatwatuna Association, in partnership with Russeifa Municipality, implemented the project
“Supporting the Meaningful Participation of Women with Psychosocial Disabilities in Governance” in Russeifa.
The project aims to strengthen the participation of women with psychosocial disabilities and their families in local decision‑making, build their capacity to claim their rights, and reflect their needs in Russeifa Municipality’s gender‑responsive strategic plans and budgets, alongside training municipal staff on good governance and the rights of persons with disabilities.

Project activities included:
▪ Specialized trainings for women with psychosocial disabilities and their family members on disability rights and community inclusion
▪ Workshops for Russeifa municipal staff on disability rights and community engagement
▪ A direct dialogue session bringing the target group together with municipal decision‑makers
▪ Digital awareness campaigns under the slogans: “It’s Our Right to Participate,” “Our Cause Is Strength,” and “A Community for All”
🤝 The project strengthened the partnership between civil society and the municipality and opened genuine channels for marginalized voices to be heard, enhancing transparency, accountability, and equity in service delivery.
A concrete step toward inclusive governance that amplifies everyone’s voice.

نفّذت جمعية تحفيز للريادة والتطوير بالتشارك مع بلدية اربد الكبرى مشروع
«الشبكة المجتمعية لصاحبات المشاريع الصغيرة والمنزلية في محافظة إربد».
استهدف المشروع 25 سيدة من صاحبات المشاريع المنزلية، من خلال إنشاء شبكة مجتمعية مستدامة تُعزّز تمكينهن الاقتصادي والمجتمعي، وتدعم مشاركتهن الفاعلة في الشأن العام.
وشملت أنشطة المشروع:
▪️ تدريبات لبناء القدرات في إدارة المشاريع والمهارات الفنية والتنظيم المجتمعي
▪️ تنفيذ مبادرة «سجلي واستعجلي» بالشراكة مع بلدية إربد الكبرى لتسهيل إجراءات الترخيص
▪️ إطلاق حملة مناصرة ومساءلة مجتمعية وصلت إلى أكثر من 5000 شخص
▪️ عقد جلسات تشبيك وحوار مع بلدية إربد والجهات الرسمية ذات العلاقة لعكس الاحتياجات على الخطط الاستراتيجية للبلدية
✨ مشروع عزّز صوت السيدات، وتمكينهن من إيصال أصواتهن واحتياجاتهن إلى صُنّاع القرار و عكسها على الخطط الاستراتيجية و الموازنات المراعية للنوع الاجتماعي، وخلق نموذج قابل للتكرار يعزّز التنمية العادلة والشاملة في محافظة إربد.
A community network… and real empowerment
funded by "Rasheed" as part of "Nazaha: EU Support for Community Accountability and Civil Society Empowerment for Good Governance" project, supported by the European Union and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation.
Tathfeez for Entrepreneurship & Development Association, in partnership with Greater Irbid Municipality, implemented the “Community Network for Women Owners of Small and Home-Based Businesses in Irbid Governorate.”
The project targeted 25 women with home-based businesses by creating a sustainable community network to strengthen their economic and social empowerment and support their active participation in public life.
Project activities included:
▪ Capacity-building trainings in project management, technical skills, and community organization
▪ Implementation of the “Register and Accelerate” initiative in partnership with Greater Irbid Municipality to simplify licensing procedures
▪ Launch of an advocacy and community accountability campaign that reached over 5,000 people
▪ Networking and dialogue sessions with the municipality and relevant authorities to reflect women’s needs in the municipality’s strategic plans
✨ The project amplified women’s voices, enabled them to present their needs to decision makers and influence gender responsive strategic plans and budgets, and created a replicable model that promotes inclusive and equitable development in Irbid Governorate.

نفّذت جمعية التكافل الخيرية وبالتعاون مع بلدية الرمثا مشروع
"فرصة لمستقبل مستدام: تمكين الشباب وتعزيز المساءلة المجتمعية" في لواء الرمثا – محافظة إربد.
استهدف المشروع 30 شابًا وشابة، من خلال الجمع بين:
▪️ التمكين الاقتصادي عبر التدريب المهني والإعلامي
▪️ تعزيز مفاهيم النزاهة والشفافية والمساءلة المجتمعية
▪️ إشراك الشباب في التعبيرعن القضايا المحلية والرقابة المجتمعية
حيث شملت أنشطة المشروع على:
✔️ تدريبات متخصصة في مفاهيم النزاهة، المساءلة والمشاركة المجتمعية
✔️ إنتاج 6 تقارير إعلامية مرئية تعكس أولويات المجتمع المحلي
✔️ تنظيم معرض رقمي إبداعي بمشاركة بلدية الرمثا و 15 جهة عمل مختلفة
✨ أسهم المشروع في تعزيز ثقة الشباب والشابات بأنفسهم، والتشبيك مع اصحاب القرار في البلدية، وتمكينهم ليكونوا فاعلين في مجتمعاتهم، وعكس احتياجاتهم على الخطط الاستراتيجية والموازنات المراعية للنوع الاجتماعي وفتح آفاقًا جديدة للشباب ليكونوا شركاء في التنمية وصنع القرار.

, Al-Takaful Charitable Society, in partnership with Ramtha Municipality, implemented the project “An Opportunity for a Sustainable Future: Youth Empowerment and Strengthening Community Accountability” in Ramtha District, Irbid Governorate.
The project targeted 30 young men and women by combining:
▪ Economic empowerment through vocational and media training
▪ Promotion of integrity, transparency, and community accountability
▪ Youth engagement in voicing local issues and community oversight
Project activities included:
✔ Specialized trainings on integrity, accountability, and civic participation
✔ Production of 6 video reports reflecting local community priorities
✔ A creative digital exhibition organized with Ramtha Municipality and 15 different employers/organizations

✨ The project strengthened youth confidence and networks with municipal decision makers, empowered young people to play active roles in their communities, influenced strategic plans and gender responsive budgets, and opened new pathways for youth participation in development and decision making.
