نحتفي ببيئات العمل الصديقة للمرأة 💜

نفخر بحصول المعاصرون لصناعة الأكياس المنسوجة على “العلامة صديقة للمرأة”، تقديرًا لالتزامها بتوفير بيئة عمل داعمة للنساء، وتعزيز حقوقهن وتمكينهن وتكافؤ الفرص في مكان العمل.

ويعكس الحصول على العلامة جهود المعاصرون لصناعة الأكياس المنسوجة في تبني وتعزيز ممارسات صديقة للمرأة، والمساهمة في بناء بيئة عمل أكثر أمانًا وإنصافًا ودعمًا لمشاركة النساء وتطورهن المهني.

Recognizing Women-Friendly Workplaces 💜

We are proud to celebrate Al-Moasron Company for Woven Bag Manufacturing for receiving the Women-Friendly Label, in recognition of its commitment to fostering a workplace that supports women’s rights, empowerment, inclusion, and equal opportunities.

Receiving the label reflects the organization’s efforts to adopt and promote women-friendly workplace practices and to contribute to creating a safer, fairer, and more supportive working environment for women.

As part of “Echoes of Heritage,” we come together for a Community Dialogue Session bringing youth, community members, artisans, cultural practitioners and decision-makers into a space for meaningful conversation and exchange.

Together, we explore Irbid’s heritage, traditional crafts and the stories behind them, and discuss how we can keep these stories alive for future generations.
