قالت منظمة إنقاذ الأطفال الدولية إن تصاعد الأعمال العدائية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط يعرّض الأطفال في جميع أنحاء المنطقة لخطر جسيم يشمل الأذى الجسدي، والنفسي، والنزوح القسري.
وقال أحمد الهنداوي، المدير الإقليمي لمنظمة إنقاذ الأطفال في الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا وأوروبا الشرقية:
"تشعر منظمة إنقاذ الاطفال بقلق بالغ إزاء التطورات الأخيرة، والغارات الجوية الإسرائيلية والإيرانية، مع ورود تقارير عن مقتل أطفال، ما يزيد من خطورة الأوضاع في المنطقة الملتهبة في الأساس".
