تكافل للأعمال التطوعيه تأسست عام 2011 كشركه لا تهدف لتحقيق الربح غايتها بناء ثقافةالعمل التطوعي والريادة الاجتماعية في المجتمعات العربية من خلال تطوير تدريبات تطوعية نظرية مختصة متبوعة بالجانب العملي؛ نعمل على تحقيق هذه الغايه من خلال البرامج التاليه :
1. دوراتنا :
نقدم في تكافل دورات مختصه بالعمل التطوعي تم تطويرها من قبل أشخاص ذوي خبره في المجال وبالرجوع للعديد من المصادر والدراسات وزيادة كف
اءة المتطوعين وخبراتهم ومهاراتهم ,بالإضافه لعدد من الدورات المكمل للعمل التطوعي التي تساعد المتطوع بجوانب عديدة من حياته .
2. ملتقيات الريادة الاجتماعية:
مع التقدم التكنولوجي والثقافي والإجتماعي في المجتمع ومواكبة للصعوبات والمسؤليات قمنا بتنظيم سلسلة من ملتقيات الريادة الإجتماعية تعقد بشكل دوري لتغطي إحدى مواضيعها ,تهدف الملتقيات حاجات ومشكلات المجتمع وإيجاد طرق سليمه لحل هذه المشكلات عن طريق إطلاق مبادرات للتعامل مع الصعوبات الإجتماعيه في نهاية الملتقى.
3. حاضنة المبادرات:
توفر تكافل البيئيه المناسبه لإستقطاب المبادرات الصغيره وتقديم الرعاية اللازمه لنمو هذه المبادرات لتكون قادره على الإستمراريه ,كما تقوم باإطلاق العديد من المبادرات من خلال ملتقيات الريادة الاجتماعية .
4.متطوعو الأردن:

5. جائزة الملكه رانيا الوطنيه للرياده :
تهدف إلى تحفيز التفكير الإبداعي لدى كافة الرياديين وتحويل أفكارهم الإبتكاريه لمشاريع ناجحه ذات قيمة مستدامة وإيجاد فرص عمل جديدة.
بالتعاون مع مركز الملكة رانيا للريادة تم إدخال فرع الرياده الإجتماعيه في الجائزه لأول مرة عام 2012,ويهدف هذا الفرع لتنمية روح الريادة الإجتماعية عند الطلاب الأكاديمين لتمكينهم من تحويل أفكارهم الإبداعيه إلى خطط أعمال ناجحه لمواجهة التحديات الإجتماعية. Takaful for voluntary work was founded in 2011 as a non-profit company, its purpose is to build the culture of voluntary work in society through developing specialized theoretical volunteer training followed by a practical side ; we work on achieving this purpose through our following programs :
1. Our Courses:
At Takaful we offer specialized courses for volunteer work which has been developed by experts of this field in reference to many sources and studies to increase the efficiency, experiences and skills of volunteers, in addition to many complementary courses for voluntary work helping volunteers in many aspects of their lives.
2. Social Entrepreneurship Forums:
Keeping up with the difficulties and responsibilities of technological, cultural and social progress we’ve organized a series of annual social entrepreneurship forums to cover a certain topic , the forums are aimed at the needs and problems of society and finding solutions to these problems through releasing initiatives dealing with social struggles at the end of the forum.
3. Initiatives Incubators:
Takaful provides the appropriate environment to attract small initiatives and provide the needed care to grow these initiatives so they are continuous, as well as the release of many initiatives through the social entrepreneurship forums.
4. Jordan Volunteers:

5. Queen Rania’s national award for entrepreneurship:
Aiming to motivate creative thinking in all entrepreneurs and transform their innovative ideas into successful projects of sustainable value, and find new job opportunities. In cooperation with Queen Rania’s center for entrepreneurship a new branch of social entrepreneurship has been included for the award for the first time in 2012 , this branch aims to build social entrepreneurship spirit of academic students enabling them to transform their creative ideas into successful business plans to face social challenges .
