We offer free weekly trainings in street basketball, street Football, Tennis and other activities. About GAME

GAME is a non-profit street sports organization that h

as been working since 2002 to spread street sports and street culture. GAME arranges trainings and tournaments in street basketball, street football, in vulnerable residential areas throughout Jordan. It is young volunteer GAME Playmakers who run the local street events and trainings. GAME is a top 122 NGO with nearly 20 years of experience in lowering the threshold to the positive social communities of street sports and culture. Together with likeminded partners, GAME is empowering children and youth from vulnerable areas and refugee settings. حول جييم

جييم هي منظمة غير ربحية لرياضات الشوارع تعمل منذ عام 2002 لنشر رياضات الشوارع والثقافة. تنظم جييم التدريبات والبطولات في كرة السلة وكرة القدم في المناطق السكنية التي تفتقر للخدمات الرياضية في جميع أنحاء الأردن. ينظم المتطوعون (البلايميكرز) الأنشطة الأسبوعية والدورات التدريبية.

جييم هي واحدة من أهم 122 منظمة غير ربحية تتمتع بخبرة 20 عامًا تقريبًا في ادماج المجتمعات وخلق بيئة اجتماعية وإيجابية لرياضات الشوارع والثقافة. جنبًا إلى جنب مع شركاؤنا، تعمل جييم على تمكين الأطفال والشباب في المناطق الأقل حظاً وبيئات اللاجئين.

Over the past two months, we have had the privilege of welcoming nearly 100 unemployed young people into our Life Skills Training Program in Karak City, equipping them with essential skills to strengthen their employability and open doors to future opportunities.
What stood out most was the remarkable energy, commitment, and engagement that filled every session. We were especially inspired by the strong and visible participation of young women, who brought confidence, curiosity, and unwavering determination to every step of this journey, reminding us of the vital role they play in building more resilient, inclusive, and thriving communities.
Their dedication is a powerful testament to what becomes possible when young people are given the right tools, the right space, and the belief that they can grow.
We are proud to walk alongside them, supporting their path toward personal growth, professional development, and meaningful employment. And this is only the beginning. 🌱

خلال الشهرين الماضيين، كان لنا شرف استقبال ما يقارب ١٠٠ شاب وشابة من غير العاملين في تدريب المهارات الحياتية في مدينة الكرك، لتزويدهم بمهارات أساسية تعزز قابليتهم للتوظيف وتفتح أمامهم آفاقاً جديدة نحو مستقبل أفضل.
وما لفت انتباهنا أكثر من أي شيء آخر هو الطاقة الاستثنائية والالتزام العميق الذي عكسه المشاركون في كل جلسة. وقد كان لحضور الشابات أثرٌ بالغ في إلهامنا؛ إذ أتت كل منهن بثقة وفضول وإصرار لا يتزعزع، مجسّداتٍ الدور المحوري الذي تؤديه المرأة في بناء مجتمعات أكثر صموداً وشمولاً وازدهاراً.

نفخر بأن نكون شركاء في هذه الرحلة، داعمين مسيرتهم نحو التطور الشخصي والمهني وفرص العمل الحقيقية. وهذه ليست سوى البداية. 🌱

هلق رح نحكيلكم شو يعني منهاج غايم التدريبي 👇
الملعب مش بس للعب — هو مكان تعرفوا فيه أنفسكم، وتبنوا فيه مجتمعكم 🏀🔥
منهاج غايم بيستخدم رياضات الشوارع كوسيلة لخلق تغيير حقيقي في المجتمعات. لأنو الرياضة بتجمع الناس، بتكسر الحواجز، وبتفتح باب للتعلم بطريقة ما بتلاقيها في أي كتاب.
6 مهارات حياتية، ملعب واحد، وأثر بيتجاوز الفرد ليوصل للمجتمع كله 💪
المرحلة الأولى — من الداخل:
تعرفوا على أنفسكم، تتعلموا كيف تتعاملوا مع الضغط، وتفهموا اللي حواليكم.
المرحلة الثانية — للخارج:
تبنوا فرق، تقودوا، وتتواصلوا بطريقة تصنع فرق حقيقي في محيطكم 🎯
وكل جلسة بتمشي على نفس المنهج:
تأمّلوا ← اربطوا ← طبّقوا
لأن اللعب من غير تفكير ما بيبني مستقبل، ومجتمع من غير شباب واعي ما بيتغير 🧠
البرنامج يقوده شباب لشباب — في الملاعب، في الشوارع، في قلب المجتمع.

سواء كانوا صغاراً يخطون أولى خطواتهم، أو أكبر سناً يبحثون عن مكانهم، ومهما كانت خلفياتهم هون المكان اللي بحسو فيه بالانتماء.
في تدريباتنا، فئة الأطفال بيلاقوا أصدقاء بيطمنوا عليهم، بيكتشفوا قدرتهم على الالتزام، وبيتعلموا إنو الإنجاز الحقيقي بييجي لمّا بتكون جنبك ناس بتدعمك.

بالتعاون مع المنصة، وتحت إشراف المدرب حمزة القاسم، استقبلنا مستفيدينا ومستفيداتنا في تدريب مختلف من نوعه — تدريب في مهارات الحياة، محوره سؤال واحد: كيف نتواصل فعلًا مع بعضنا؟ 💬

كان الجو دافئًا وتفاعليًا، والأفكار تتبادل بحرية، وما سمعناه من مستفيدينا ومستفيداتنا كان واضحًا: هذا النوع من التدريب يُحدث فرقًا حقيقيًا ✨

ونحن نؤمن بذلك — ولهذا تدريبات مهارات الحياة ليست استثناءً عندنا، بل جزء أصيل من كل ما نبنيه 🌱

Some skills can't be learned from a book 📖

In collaboration with Al-Mансah, and under the guidance of trainer Hamza Al-Qasem, we welcomed our participants to a different kind of session — a life skills training built around one simple question: how do we truly communicate with one another? 💬

The energy in the room was warm and engaging, ideas flowed freely, and what we heard from our participants said it all: this kind of training makes a real difference ✨

We believe that wholeheartedly — which is why life skills workshops aren't an occasional add-on for us. They're a core part of everything we build 🌱
