We offer free weekly trainings in street basketball, street Football, Tennis and other activities. About GAME

GAME is a non-profit street sports organization that h

as been working since 2002 to spread street sports and street culture. GAME arranges trainings and tournaments in street basketball, street football, in vulnerable residential areas throughout Jordan. It is young volunteer GAME Playmakers who run the local street events and trainings. GAME is a top 122 NGO with nearly 20 years of experience in lowering the threshold to the positive social communities of street sports and culture. Together with likeminded partners, GAME is empowering children and youth from vulnerable areas and refugee settings. حول جييم

جييم هي منظمة غير ربحية لرياضات الشوارع تعمل منذ عام 2002 لنشر رياضات الشوارع والثقافة. تنظم جييم التدريبات والبطولات في كرة السلة وكرة القدم في المناطق السكنية التي تفتقر للخدمات الرياضية في جميع أنحاء الأردن. ينظم المتطوعون (البلايميكرز) الأنشطة الأسبوعية والدورات التدريبية.

جييم هي واحدة من أهم 122 منظمة غير ربحية تتمتع بخبرة 20 عامًا تقريبًا في ادماج المجتمعات وخلق بيئة اجتماعية وإيجابية لرياضات الشوارع والثقافة. جنبًا إلى جنب مع شركاؤنا، تعمل جييم على تمكين الأطفال والشباب في المناطق الأقل حظاً وبيئات اللاجئين.

يسرنا الإعلان عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين شركة ORANSA ومنظمة GAME، بهدف توسيع فرص التعلم الرقمي وتمكين الشباب من تطوير مهاراتهم للمستقبل.

ضمن هذا التعاون، ستوفر GAME الأردن حسابات مجانية على LinkedIn Learning لطلبة ORANSA، كجزء من مشروع “جاهزون للغد” المدعوم من وزارة الخارجية الدنماركية وبرنامج الشراكة العربية الدنماركية (DAPP). وتهدف هذه الخطوة إلى تعزيز المهارات المهنية ومهارات التطور الشخصي، وربط الشباب بفرص عملية تعزز جاهزيتهم لسوق العمل.

يركز هذا التعاون على بناء مسارات تعلم عملية، وتوسيع الوصول إلى الموارد التعليمية الحديثة، وخلق أثر مستدام يدعم تمكين الشباب في الأردن.

We are thrilled to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between ORANSA and GAME to expand access to digital learning opportunities and support youth in developing skills for the future.

Through this collaboration, GAME Jordan will provide free LinkedIn Learning accounts to ORANSA students as part of the “Ready for Tomorrow” project, supported by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Danish Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP). This initiative aims to strengthen both professional and personal development skills while connecting youth to practical opportunities that enhance their readiness for the job market.

This partnership focuses on building practical learning pathways, increasing access to modern educational resources, and creating sustainable impact that supports youth empowerment in Jordan.

Before the session started, they were just a group of girls' trainers.
By the time it ended, they were something more.
Through the EPF (Equal Play Fund) project — supported by — they gathered to explore one central question: what does it take to truly amplify female voices? 😎✨
Together, they unpacked storytelling as a tool for empowerment, sport as a classroom for leadership, and representation as something that doesn't stop at the individual — it ripples outward, touching entire communities.
The conversation stretched further than gender. It asked: what kind of leader do you want to be? And how do you build spaces where every girl feels safe enough to find out?🌱✨
They left with more than ideas. They left with the design principles to turn them into action.

It wasn't just a training Camp — it was a real space for growth, where football becomes a shared language, and the goal is to create safe spaces for all.
Throughout the Playmaker's Camp, funded by , under FFCP (FIFA Foundation Community Programme) Playmakers dove deep into the GAME methodology: how to plan 🗓️, how to execute, how to reflect, and how to truly understand every training session 🎯 We also explored what it means to be a role model, and the Code of Conduct that makes every Playmaker an ambassador for GAME's values in their communities 💬
We are so proud of each and every one of them, and can't wait to see the impact of this training ripple across every pitch and every community they touch 🥅

Because a Playmaker isn't just a coach — they're a trusted adult, a conscious role model, and a safe presence for every young person they work with.

At GAME, safeguarding isn't a checkbox. It's a value we build into every program, every session, and every interaction. This camp, Playmakers worked through our Code of Conduct, safeguarding policies, using streer sport as a tool to teach them life skills, and what it truly means to hold space responsibly for youth.

Training the body is one thing. Training the conscience is another, and we do both. 💙

بدأت بالتسجيل وإحماء أشعل الأجواء 🏃‍♀️💨

البلايميكرز التقوا مش بس ليتدربوا، بل ليكبروا

على الملعب، رياضات الشوارع كانت الفصل الدراسي. كل تمرين، كل تمريرة، كل لعبة — مصممة لبناء المهارات الحياتية اللي بتصنع قادة المستقبل: التواصل، والعمل الجماعي، والقيادة 🏀⚽

وبعيداً عن الملعب، غاصت ورش العمل بعمق أكثر 🛡️
سياسة الصون. مدونة قواعد السلوك. كيف تتواصل حقيقي مع الشباب اللي رح تقودهم — لأن تكون بلايميكر يعني تحمل المسؤولية بوعي، وتكون قدورة حسنة بالمجتمع!

وبعدين — رجعنا للملعب 🔁
كل اللي تعلمناه في القاعة، جربناه على الأسفلت. نظرية تحوّلت حركة. معرفة تحوّلت أثر.

It started with sign-ins and a warm-up that set the tone for everything that followed 🏃‍♀️💨

The Playmakers came together not just to train, but to grow

On the court, street sports became the classroom. Every drill, every pass, every game was designed to build the life skills that matter: communication, teamwork, and leadership 🏀⚽ — the foundation of tomorrow's changemakers.

Off the court, workshops took it deeper 🛡️
Safeguarding policies. A shared Code of Conduct. How to truly connect with the youth they'll lead. Because being a Playmaker means holding space responsibly. To be the real role model!

And then — back to the field. 🔁
Everything learned in the room, tested on the asphalt. Theory into practice. Knowledge into movement.

That's the quiet power of sport, it breaks down walls before anyone even notices they were there.

قبل ثلاثة أشهر، جمعنا شباب يحملون أفكاراً، قلنا لهم: خلينا نطورها سوا.
كانت هذه بداية الدفعة الأولى من برنامج SCALE Incubation ضمن مشروع Ready for Tomorrow. 🌱
على مدى ٣ أشهر من التدريب المكثف والمتابعة، عمل كل فريق على تحويل فكرته إلى مشروع حقيقي، بأدوات، بمنهجية، وبأناس يؤمنون بهم.
وأمس، جاء اليوم الذي طالما تدربوا من أجله.
وقف ١٢ فريقًا أمام لجنة التحكيم وقدّموا مشاريعهم في Pitching Day، بكل ما فيهم من شغف وجرأة وثقة بُنيت خطوة خطوة.

Three months ago, we brought together young people carrying ideas, and told them: let's build them together.

That was the beginning of the first cohort of SCALE Incubation, under the Ready for Tomorrow project. 🌱

Over 3 months of intensive training and mentorship, each team worked to turn their idea into a real project, with the right tools, the right methodology, and people who believed in them.

And yesterday, the day they had been working toward finally arrived.

12 teams stood before a jury and pitched their projects on Pitching Day, bringing with them every bit of passion, courage, and confidence built step by step over the past months.

جود حمدان كانت رياضية في التاسعة عشرة من عمرها حين انضمت إلى برنامج Playmakers Program في زون خلدا، عمّان، بعد أن شجّعها أصدقائها، على البحث عن نمو يتجاوز حدود المضمار وحثوها على الانضمام إلى GAME. ✨🥅
تدريب ثلاثين طفلاً أسبوعياً علّمها إدارة الوقت والصبر وفهم الناس، مهارات حياتية لم تمنحها إياها أي قاعة دراسية كتنظيم الوقت، التعامل مع المشاعر والتواصل الفعال.
تعلّمت كيف توازن بين الجامعة والتدريب الرياضي والتزاماتها كـ Playmaker من خلال بناء أنظمة منضبطة لا تترك مجالاً للفوضى. وقد انتقلت هذه المهارات معها مباشرةً: أولاً إلى عمل في مجال المبيعات الترويجية، ثم إلى فرصة تدريبية في اللجنة الأولمبية حيث لفت هدوؤها تحت الضغط انتباه من حولها
بالنسبة لجود، لم يبدأ تمكينها في مكتب، بل في الملعب. 🌱

Jood Hamdan was a 19 year old athlete who joined GAME's Playmakers program in Khalda Zone, Amman, after a friend encouraged her to seek growth beyond the track by being a part of GAME ✨🥅
Coaching thirty children weekly taught her life skills like; time management, dealing with emotions, and effective communication; skills no classroom had given her.
She learned to balance university, sports training, and Playmaker sessions by building disciplined systems that left no room for chaos. Those skills transferred directly: first to a promotional sales role, then to an Olympic Committee internship where her calm under pressure stood out.
For Jood, leadership didn't start in an office, it started on a field. 🌱

كل واحد منهم بدأ بفكرة. فكرة كتبها على ورقة، أو شاركوها مع صاحبهم، أو حتى ما حكوها لحدا بعدين شافوا فرصة SCALE Incubation ضمن برنامج جاهزون للغد.
أسابيع من التدريب، التفكير، والبناء ، حتى وصل اليوم الذي لا يمكن فيه الاختباء خلف الأوراق. اليوم كان يوم الوقوف أمام الناس، والقول بصوت واضح:"هذه فكرتي، وأنا أؤمن بها."

Each of them started with an idea. An idea they wrote on a piece of paper, shared with a friend, or hadn't told anyone yet, then they saw the opportunity; SCALE Incubation program under Ready for Tomorrow project . 🌱
Weeks of training, thinking, and building, until the day came where there was nowhere left to hide behind notes and drafts. Today was the day to stand up, face the room, and say out loud:"This is my idea, and I believe in it."
