اختتمت جمعية النساء العربيات تنفيذ الورشة التدريبية الرابعة حول القيادة السياسية للنساء، والتي عُقدت على مدار ثلاثة أيام ضمن مشروع “برنامج المشاركة والتمكين السياسي للنساء” بتنفيذ من جمعية النساء العربيات وبدعم من الوكالة الإسبانية للتعاون الإنمائي. شهدت الورشة مشاركة ناشطات من محافظتي معان والكرك حيث ركزت على بناء وتعزيز قدرات النساء في المجال السياسي، من خلال مجموعة من المحاور المتكاملة، شملت: سرد تاريخي للحياة السياسية في الأردن ومشاركة النساء، الإطار القانوني الناظم (قانون الأحزاب وقانون الانتخاب)، مهارات القيادة الشاملة، إضافة إلى مهارات التفاوض، الخطابة التواصل، والمناصرة وكسب التأييد. تأتي هذه الورشة كخطوة أساسية نحو تمكين النساء وتعزيز حضورهن الفاعل في مواقع صنع القرار، بما ينسجم مع الجهود الوطنية والدولية لتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين وتعزيز المشاركة السياسية للنساء في الأردن.
The Arab Women Organization held the fourth training workshop on Women’s Political Leadership, which was held over three days under the project “Women’s Political Participation and Empowerment Programme,” with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID). The workshop brought together women activists from Ma’an and Karak governorates, focusing on building and strengthening women’s capacities in the political sphere through a set of integrated modules. These included a historical overview of political life in Jordan and women’s participation, the governing legal framework (Political Parties Law and Election Law), inclusive leadership skills, as well as negotiation, public speaking and communication, and advocacy and lobbying skills. This workshop represents a key step toward empowering women and enhancing their effective presence in decision-making positions, in alignment with national and international efforts to achieve gender equality and strengthen women’s political participation in Jordan.

The Arab Women Organization of Jordan, in partnership with CARE Jordan, implemented a series of training workshops targeting men and boys under the project “Integrated Protection Services and Community Mobilization Initiatives for the Most Vulnerable Communities in Jordan,” funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO).

The workshops were conducted across Irbid, Mafraq, Zarqa, and Amman, aiming to strengthen participants’ engagement and role within their families and communities.

The sessions focused on discussing social roles, communication patterns, and everyday practices that shape relationships and community dynamics. They also created a safe and open space for dialogue, allowing participants to reflect, exchange perspectives, and think critically about common norms and behaviors.

Following the completion of the workshops, participants began developing community initiatives that respond to local needs.

نفذت جمعية النساء العربيات في الأردن، بالشراكة مع منظمة كير الأردن، سلسلة من الورشات التدريبية التي استهدفت الرجال والفتيان ضمن مشروع "خدمات الحماية المتكاملة ومبادرات الحشد المجتمعي للفئات الأكثر ضعفًا في الأردن"، الممول من وزارة الخارجية الألمانية (GFFO).

تم تنفيذ هذه الورشات في محافظات إربد والمفرق والزرقاء وعمّان، بهدف تعزيز دور المشاركين وتفاعلهم داخل أسرهم ومجتمعاتهم.

وركزت الجلسات على مناقشة الأدوار الاجتماعية وأنماط التواصل والممارسات اليومية التي تؤثر على العلاقات داخل المجتمع. كما وفّرت مساحة آمنة للحوار وتبادل الآراء، مما أتاح للمشاركين فرصة التفكير والنقاش حول بعض القيم والسلوكيات السائدة.

وبعد انتهاء الورشات، بدأ المشاركون بتصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات مجتمعية تستجيب لاحتياجات مجتمعاتهم .

تم عقد تدريب بعنوان "التطوير التنظيمي والاستدامة لمنظمات المجتمع المدني والمحلي النسوية في الأردن" ضمن إطار مشروع «تعزيز منظمات المجتمع المدني النسوية العاملة في تنفيذ أجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن في العراق ولبنان والأردن وفلسطين»، الذي تنفذه المبادرة النسوية الأورومتوسطية، وبتمويل من صندوق دعم المنظمات النسوية التابع للوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية ووزارة أوروبا والشؤون الخارجية الفرنسية.

عُقد التدريب على مدار أربعة أيام خلال الفترة (21–24 كانون الأول / ديسمبر) في فندق روتانا – عمّان، الأردن، بهدف تعزيز فهم المشاركات والمشاركين لأهمية التطوير التنظيمي والاستدامة لمنظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات القاعدية النسوية العاملة في تنفيذ أجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن في الأردن.

وخلال اليومين الثالث والرابع من التدريب، تم تناول عدد من المحاور الأساسية، من أبرزها الامتثال بأشكاله الثلاثة (للمانح، وللسياسات الداخلية، وللقوانين الوطنية)، وإدارة المشاريع ماليًا وفنيًا، إضافة إلى إدارة المخاطر وتصنيفاتها، واستعراض أبرز الأخطاء الشائعة في التقارير الفنية والمالية استنادًا إلى تجارب المشاركين.

كما تضمن اليوم الرابع محاكاة عملية لعرض المشاريع أمام لجان تحكيم، حيث قدمت بعض المجموعات عروضها أمام لجنة حقيقية، فيما قامت مجموعة أخرى بعرض مشروعها أمام لجنة مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. وتم كذلك مناقشة بدائل المنح بما يسهم في تعزيز استدامة المؤسسات، إضافة إلى التطرق إلى دور المسؤولية المجتمعية للقطاع الخاص.

A training titled “Organizational development and sustainability for feminist CSOs and women-led CBOs in Jordan” was conducted as part of the project “Strengthening Feminist Civil Society Organizations Working on the Implementation of the WPSA in Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine,” implemented by the EuroMed Feminist Initiative and funded by the feminist CSO fund of Agence Française de Développement and the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

The training took place over four days (21–24 December) at Rotana Hotel – Amman, Jordan, aiming to strengthen participants’ understanding of organizational development and sustainability for feminist CSOs and women-led CBOs working on the implementation of the WPSA in Jordan.

During the third and fourth days, key topics were addressed, including compliance in its three forms (with donors, internal policies, and national laws), financial and technical project management, as well as risk management and its classifications. The sessions also highlighted the most common mistakes in technical and financial reporting based on participants’ experiences.

The fourth day further included a practical simulation of project pitching, where participants presented their projects before a real evaluation committee, while another group presented before an AI-supported panel. In addition, discussions explored alternative funding approaches to enhance organizational sustainability, as well as the role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the private sector.
