Serving as the Liaison Officer of CWEEL Jordan for the past 12 years has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding journeys of my professional life.

What began as a vision to strengthen the role of women in the energy and environmental sectors evolved into a thriving community of professionals, leaders, mentors, and changemakers connected by a shared purpose and commitment to impact.

Throughout this journey, I learned that leadership is not about titles or positions. It is about creating opportunities, building trust, connecting people, and empowering others to grow, contribute, and lead.

Over the years, we have built partnerships, expanded networks, supported professional development, and created spaces for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. Most importantly, we have built a community that continues to inspire, support, and uplift one another.

This journey would not have been possible without the dedication of our members, volunteers, speakers, partners, supporters, and friends who believed in the mission and contributed to its success.

As I reflect on these 12 years, I feel proud of what we have achieved together, grateful for the relationships we have built, and excited for the opportunities that lie ahead.

The legacy of CWEEL Jordan is not measured by activities or events, but by the people, connections, and impact that continue to grow and inspire future generations.
