في قطاع النقل والتوصيل، تتداخل المخاطر المهنية مع مخاطر الطريق، إلا أن الإشكالية لا تقتصر على مستوى الخطر، بل تمتد إلى التصنيف. فكثير من الحوادث لا تُسجل كإصابات عمل، بل كحوادث سير عامة، ما يُخرجها من نطاق الحماية المهنية. ومع توسع أنماط العمل غير المنظم، تتسع فجوة الحماية لهذه الفئة.
In the transport and delivery sector, occupational risks are closely intertwined with road hazards. However, the issue goes beyond exposure to risk and extends to classification. Many incidents are recorded as general traffic accidents rather than occupational injuries, excluding them from workplace protection mechanisms. As informal and non-standard forms of work continue to expand, the protection gap for workers in this sector is widening.
