We’ve boarded the plane and we’re ready to head to Jamaica for graduation week!

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tishania, one of this year’s graduates from Roaring River ECI.

When asked what she would like to be when she grows up, Tishania wrote:

💙 “I would like to become a doctor so I can help people and my mother.”

Dreams like Tishania’s are why we continue this work.

🎓 Graduation Day is June 24, and it’s not too late to sponsor a graduate.

💜 Look at These Amazing Future Leaders 💜

Over the past week, we've introduced you to several of this year's Uncle Barry's Kids scholarship applicants.

Future doctors. Future firefighters. Future police officers.

Each child has their own dreams, goals, and reasons for working hard in school.

As we prepare to leave for Jamaica next Friday and celebrate Graduation Day on June 24, we're incredibly grateful for the support we've received so far.

❤️ 5 of our 10 graduates have already been sponsored.

That means we're halfway there!

We're still hoping to find sponsors for the remaining 5 students before graduation day.

When she grows up, Rineeka hopes to become a medical doctor 🩺 and help others in her community.

Meet Kairon, a bright 6-year-old from Roaring River with big dreams for his future.

When asked what he wants to be when he grows up, Kairon confidently answered:

👮🏾‍♂️ “I want to be a Police Officer.”

Kairon hopes to make himself, his family, and his teachers proud through his education and hard work.

At Uncle Barry’s Kids, we love seeing the hopes and dreams of the children in our community. Every child has a story, and every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

As graduation day on June 24th approaches, we continue working toward our goal of supporting the graduates of Roaring River Basic School.

Meet Shevone, one of this year’s applicants for the Uncle Barry’s Kids Scholarship.

Shevone is 5 years old and attends Roaring River Basic School. He loves to sing and dance, and dreams of becoming a police officer when he grows up. 👮🏾‍♂️

One part of his application stood out to us:

“If I win the scholarship, I would like to help out my mother with my back-to-school things.”

At just five years old, Shevone is already thinking about helping his family.

Aubrianna holds a very special place in the heart of Uncle Barry’s Kids — she was the very first recipient of the Uncle Barry’s Kids Scholarship at Roaring River Basic School. 💜
From the very beginning, this scholarship program was created to help children shine brighter through education, and Aubrianna became the first young student to carry that dream forward.
Seeing her smile, confidence, and growth over the years reminds us exactly why this mission matters. What started with one child has continued to grow into support for many more students and families throughout the community.
We are so proud of Aubrianna and grateful to everyone who continues to support Uncle Barry’s Kids. Every donation, fundraiser, and act of kindness helps create opportunities for children just like her. ✨
