The vision of the late Pastor Menzie Oban (November 28, 1928 – December 26, 2018), founder of Teamwork Associates, is still alive! He was obedient to the Lord as he transitioned from the ministry of rehabilitating prisoners, to ministering to youth and children... "prevent rather than cure".

Requirements, Expectations & Forward Plan:
ð There is no camp fee, but participants will pay JA$100 registration, as we did not want it to be free, but required an investment from their pockets, no matter how small. We also did not want it to be prohibitive for our special target group.
ð Campers will be held accountable for attendance and participation in their team’s daily assigned responsibilities and will be creatively rewarded accordingly with TLC gift cards, along with other practical and fun items.
ð At the end of camp, they will be presented with a personal care packet, a certificate of attendance, along with other MVP Awards and Rewards.
ð Engagement with these youth will be on-going, so after the camp experience, we will continue to mentor them through regular meetings, tracking their progress, academically, socially and spiritually, offering assistance where necessary.
ð Follow-up camps will target past participants as well as new candidates, so those who have attended previously will be challenged to be an example and help mentor the new campers into our values and standards.
