If you know, then you will be able to help see and save a life. King of Hearts was founded in 2006, to help promote su***de prevention and awareness. King of Hearts cards are a lifeline. They are a non-verbal way to ask for help, if needed. In 2008, a 30 minute DVD was added to the program as an educational component.
