The team was recognised for their impactful story “Red Alert: Sorrel and the Climate Challenge in Jamaica,” which examined the growing threat climate change poses to sorrel production and the wider agricultural sector.

According to the judges, the story was handled exceptionally well, combining facts, data, statistics and personal accounts from stakeholders to reveal a serious issue that demands urgent national attention.
