We promote Radio Control / Model Car racing as a hobby / sport on the island of Jamaica in a fair and friendly manner and in strict accordance with the rules and regulations of the Radio Control Association of Jamaica (RCAJ). The Club is open to anyone interested in radio control surface vehicles and we facilitate a safe, clean, and positive environment which is intended to foster and grow sportsm
anlike behavior, positive social relations, self-esteem, interpersonal skills and the thrill of competition. Even though our Club is young, our members have many years of experience in competition and enjoy competitive racing both locally and internationally. We are the only Club on the island that holds organized, fair and consistent race events and cater to all level of driving skills from novice to professional. All persons shall be eligible for membership in this club, provided they meet the qualifications prescribed by the Club Bylaws and an application form is completed. Members enjoy discounted race fees, have full voting rights and are required to attend monthly general meetings, held on the 1st Saturday of the month. Our Club currently has 19 members and is a very diverse group of hobbyist with vary range of experience from beginner to the very seasoned and enjoy all surface radio control vehicles, nitro and electric powered, on-road or off-road, 1:12 scale up to 1:5 scale
