Friends of F.I.S.H. Medical Clinic The organization is guided by a Board of Directors, headed by Reverend Father Louis Grenier, SJ, with the Hon Dr Joyce Robinson the Deputy Chair.

Several Board led committees interact with the management team, assisting in guiding the operations of the clinic. These include a Management Committee, a Finance and General Purposes Committee, a Medical Committee and a Fundraising Committee. All Board members are volunteers.
