Open Arms Development Centre - OADC Open Arms Dev Centre was established in November 2006 as a non-government organization.

We operate a Drop-In centre for homeless adults from 8:00am - 4:00pm, and a short to medium term Residential, Rehabilitation, Reintegration and Resettlement programme.
