Free Town Foundation held an engaging mental health forum on Thursday, March 26, sponsored by the National Health Fund. Nurse Fay Robinson Tee performed a part of her song. Schizophrenia to shed light on the topic. There were calls for more of this type of session. The mental health battle is real.

The island of Jamaica has been ravaged by hurricane melissa. Many have died, and thousands of families have been displaced. In an effort to send some relief to those affected, Ultimate Cut & Style, Encore the Barber, Barber Hector in association with Posted Packages Shipping are organizing a relief effort to send much needed supplies to Jamaica.

We are accepting water, food (non-perishable), clothing, and sanitary supplies. Every day (9am - 8pm)

The drop off point is right at the barbershop Ultimate Cut & Style Barber Shop 5711 w Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Suite B4, West Park, Florida, 33023.

The first shipment of supplies sails to Jamaica on November 19, 2025 so we want to have supplies ready to go by the 17th of November 2025. This effort will be ongoing. More info (754)232-5794 / (754)202-7328.

Tomorrow will be my birthday and I cant think of no better prize than to show me some love by supporting this foundation, Free Town Foundation that I am a part of. These people are genuine and have assisted so many. Every year I have partnered with them but I am making the appeal because they as usual they will be hosting their Holiday Hope on December 19 where they give out care packages to vulnerable seniors, treat the children and give them a gift. It has been challenging this time and they were planning to cut the number of package, but you know what happened with Hurricane Melissa and they now now pushing to increase the numbers of care pacakges. I can only do so much, I have also donated my talent.
