Meet Constable Ronette Allen-Stewart of the St. Catherine South Police Division, who is a rising star among her colleagues.
Constable Allen-Stewart, who is still a probationer, enlisted on the 22nd of November 2021 and graduated from the National Police College of Jamaica on the 14th of September 2022.
After graduation, she was posted to the St. Catherine South Division on the 26th of September 2022 where she performs duties at the Old Harbour Police Station.
Constable Allen-Stewart, with just a little over five (5) months as a probationer, has been consistent and outstanding in her performance. She has issued a total of 557 tickets, made 39 arrest with 30 convictions and seized 3 motor vehicles in her 162 days of Policing since graduation.
Her Commanding Officer has likened her performance to a Usain Bolt in athletics and a Lionel Messi in football.
Today, we pause to celebrate this amazing woman and to encourage her to go after her dreams of becoming a Commissioner of Police in the near future.
