Our mission is to provide a place with hope and opportunities for the children in a disadvantaged community in the hills of Westmoreland / Jamaica! We accomplish this mission
by seeking resources, collaborations and opportunities that help youth to realize their full potential, sharpen skills and enable them to become vital, responsible and contributing members of society. According to youth, “the power of working at KING'S YOUTH CENTER is to better the lives of our families, friends, and community so that we may grow in an environment of respect, integrity, and justice.”
Youth at KING'S YOUTH CENTER work to understand democracy. They engage in community organizing activities that support social justice to benefit everyone. OUR VISION
To service more youth in the community through the effective ex*****on of our mission statement. To detour at risk youth from drugs, gangs, poverty, delinquent behavior, and other negative outlets.
