Kiwanis Club of ST. BESS Kiwanis ST.BESS meets every Thursday at 7 pm. at the Methodist Church Hall in Black River. The Kiwanis Club of St. Elizabeth.

Bess is a Non-Governmental Organization aimed at serving the children the children in the Black River Community and environs with the focus mainly on Young Children ages 0-5 years. We strive to build better communities, touching one life at a time. The Club was formed on August 7, 2014 and had its Official Charter Ceremony on November 16, 2014.
