About Hopie's Charity Foundation

Hi my name is Hopie Coke I am the Managing Director of Hope-Divine Funeral Services situated in Black River, St Elizabeth, Jamaica West Indies. I have recently started the "Hopie's Charity Foundation" which aims to provide people in need with everyday household items, groceries and any support needed. I get great satisfaction of giving to the less fortunate. My aim is to raise awareness of people in need in communities in my local and surrounding areas.

For many students and their families, the difficulties brought on by the pandemic have not subsided with time, especially in communities like Slipe, Cataboo, punches, Frenchman, Logwood, Jungle, Spring Park, Pun pen, Cambridge, Speculation, Lewis Town, Sandy Ground, Crawford and Galleon Beach.

The program I support across the communities are helping students and their families to navigate the uncertain landscape of this year back to school season. With your help, I am responding to families' needs in and outside of the communities mentioned above. I am working hard to stay connected with families and students, providing them with my food kit, health care, guidance and other support.

My motto is Phillipians 2:3-4 In whatever you do, don't let selfishness or pride be your guide. Be humble, and honour others more than yourselves. Don't be interested only in your own life, but care about the lives of others too.
