Join us for complimentary Pilates sessions every Tuesday lunchtime at Marina Gardens.

Dates: Running every Tuesday until 24 September
Location: Marina Gardens (Above Waterfront Car Park)

Every Tuesday 12:15pm – 1:00pm (45-minute session)

What You Need to Know
- No booking required — just turn up
- Please bring a mat or towel
- Bring water and wear sunscreen
- Sessions may be cancelled in the event of unsuitable weather conditions

This months session will be about digital accessibility. Geraldine Cardwell- UX and Accessibility Consultant will be joining us, she specialises in website delivery, with a particular focus on digital accessibility.

This involves ensuring that online platforms are designed to be usable by everyone, including individuals who rely on assistive technologies. This will be an engaging and interactive discussion, giving attendees the opportunity to explore websites, share their experiences, and help shape more inclusive digital services.

If you use any accessibility tools, then please bring these along with you.

We would love to see you there!

Last week, we had our first Jamming Session at our Unlimited Potential Music Hub 🌟 🎸

The children had a wonderful time playing different instruments together in a supportive and accepting environment.

From movement and breathing sessions to fun activities and chances to connect with other families who truly get it, these evenings are about more than just swimming — they are about meeting your tribe 🫶✨

This is a space to celebrate neurodivergent families, build confidence, make memories, and enjoy the warmth, understanding and community ADHD Jersey is creating across the island 🌈

These are not just swim nights. They are a chance to come together, have fun, feel supported, and be part of something special.

🎸 Unlimited Potential Music Hub: Jamming Sessions! 🩵

We're excited to launch our brand-new Music Hub with our Patron, Sophie-Maude Music:

Unlimited Potential: Eliminating Barriers for Neurodiverse People in Music.

And we're looking for 6 enthusiastic neurodiverse individuals (per group) to join our teenage and adult sessions at the Unlimited Potential Music Hub, where you'll play instruments together and connect through music, in a fun and accepting environment.

📆 The sessions will take place once a month for 6 months
⏰ On Thursdays 6:15pm-7:15pm
📍 Based at Jenca Music Rockschool
