From a van full of boxes last night… to every kit bag packed this afternoon, ready for collection by members this weekend! 💙💗

Poacher International Jamboree is now just over one week away and the excitement is definitely building!

Tents and kit are ready to be loaded into the van next week, and paperwork is being printed!

48 adult volunteers and Scouts from the 3rd Jersey, 6th Jersey Scout Group and 9th Jersey Scout Groups are getting ready for another adventure together!

There has been a huge amount of work behind the scenes to get us to this point and to get us ready to get is off- island!

It might be the summer holidays, but Scouting had not stopped for us!

Last night, thanks to LAB-6, our branded #369 kit was ready for collection and this afternoon it was packed into every member’s kit bag. Over 500 items have printed!

T-shirts, hoodies, raincoats, water bottles, sun hats, neckerchiefs, woggles and badges are ready!

Thank you to the team at LAB-6, your continued support is very much appreciated!

It’s been a big job, but seeing everything ready for our young people makes it all worthwhile!

We can’t wait to see everyone collecting their kit and counting down to an incredible week at Poacher Jamboree 2026.

Every week, Scout volunteers quietly make a difference.

They give up evenings after work, weekends with family, and countless hours behind the scenes to help young people grow in confidence, learn new skills, and create memories that last a lifetime.

They don't do it for recognition... but that doesn't mean they don't deserve it.

We are absolutely delighted with the incredible woggles Claire The WoggleMakers made for our Poacher International Jamboree trip. 😊 They are beautifully made, full of detail and exactly what we hoped for.

Claire is an amazing lady who puts so much care, time and dedication into her work. ❤️ Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. You can really see how much pride she takes in every single item she creates. ✨

Her service has been fantastic from start to finish, and the finished woggles are something our young people and leaders will be proud to wear on such a special trip. 🏕️

The #369 Scout Groups are once again on our travels this weekend!

13 amazing adult volunteers and 33 Beavers and Cubs are heading to Gilwell Park for the The Scouts Fundays! We headed out from Jersey this morning and are on our way!

Camping overnight, our young people will be have the opportunity to meet other Beavers and Cubs from across the UK alongside have the opportunity to take part in some amazing activities!

Gilwell Park is such an important part of Scouting’s history, as adult training has been held at the Park since 1919!

The Jersey flag will truly be flown this weekend!
